I called at 11:21pm and asked if they could gage my ears for me. The girl on the phone was polite. I arrived at 11:50 and they asked if I needed them stretched or started. I told them started. They explained the process and I decided that if I was going to do it then I wanted to do something bigger then just the tiny start. We decided on a 10 but they couldnt fine any rings to put in. so I went with an 8. They couldnt find a stretch bar for the 8 so we went from no hole to a 6 but put in the 8 rings because there went any 6 rings either. They explained they mostly do belly buttons and noses and so they are not stocked well for the gages and definitely not the larger numbers because apparently people dont start off and want a larger stretch. They were nice but I did have to remind the piercer to clean my ear first before starting. the young apprentice allowed me to hold her hand because im a big whimp but still wanted it. overall it was an experience. they were nice people.

I have never been so disgusted by a tattoo shop in my life as I was with Fine Line (Mesquite location). It is absolutely filthy in there. One of the tattoo artists (if he can call himself that) was chain smoking, even in the middle of working on someones tattoo, he stopped what he was doing and went outside to smoke. Unprofessional! I heard the customer complaining that she had already been waiting well over an hour WITH an appointment and no one sitting in his chair. My friend and I were thinking about getting a piercing, but we were horrified at what we witnessed in just a short amount of time, we left and will NEVER go back! I have no idea how this place has been around as long as it has and hasnt been shut down the Board of Health. Something to think about....

VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS PLACE... ME AND SOME FRIENDS WERE SUPPOSED TO GET TATTOOS FROM THIS PLACE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT MY FRIEND HAD CALLED A WEEK IN ADVANCE TO ASK IF WE NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND HE TOLD HER NO HE DOESNT DO APPOINTMENTS ON FRIDAYS TO JUST COME IN AND HE COULD DO THAT TATTOOS, WHEN WE ARRIVED THE WOMAN THAT WORKED THERE ALSO WAS VERY RUDE AND STANDOFFISH AND THE GUY SUPPOSED TO BE DOING OUR TATTOOS WAS DOING A CUSTOMERS TATTOO AT THE MOMENT AND TOLD US THAT IT WOULD BE 2-3 HOURS BEFORE HE COULD EVEN GET TO US.. WE WENT ELSEWHERE AND I AM GLAD WE DID! THE PRICES OF THE TATTOOS WERE CHEAPER AND WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT VERY LONG!

I got an industrial piercing, and was nervous, the guy pierced it wrong, and after paying 50 dollars im pissed. The top ball is pressed against my head with little to no way of moving it, it was also pierced into a spot impossible to clean, the bottom ball was not pierced through the rim of my ear and the bar is sitting against my skin painfully. Its no longer swollen They are inexperienced and are overpriced. I will be calling them soon.

GW is awesome. I went in and made an appointment and gave him a basic idea of what I was wanting to get. He went all out on the design before I arrived for the appointment and the end result was better than anything I would have ever thought of. Awesome artist with a great down to earth attitude.

Got my ears pierced here and my friend got a tattoo. Back in the day I used to hear so much bad stuff about them, unclean and rude. I guess they got new people who know what they are doing and actually care about their customers

Went in to get my tragus pierced. Got right in, were very professional ad informative. Went back a couple weeks later to have the ring switched and ended up getting a tattoo! Love both my tat and piercing. I will be back

Worst tatoo place i have ever been too. They dont make a tatoo as we want the make it rough and not dark where we can see you skin even it is a tatoo..
