Went here to get my brakes and oil change done and they were very fast, very detailed about the price, they didnt hide anything from me. They even measured my rotors in front of me and showed me the specifications on the computer, before they told me i would need rotors too, they use high quality oil like amsoil, mobil 1, and kendall. I was very pleased with the service, my car stops nice and quiet now!!!! thankyou firestone/american discount tire

I sent one of my guys in to get a tire patched, three and a half hours later they still werent finished. Do I call to speak to a manager he was the most inefficient human being Ive ever dealt with in my life send 1 of my guys in to get tire patched, 3 of hours later the store finished. Like all this teacher manager use the most efficient human being I never done with my life un educated just plain stupid

I would not send my enemy here after taking three cars there for service. I bought 3 new firestone 65,000 tires and only got 15,000 miles out of them. The owner would not honor these tires even though I proved that Toyota had donre the rotationd every 5,000 Miles. Run

My black Tahoes a/c went out in August (in Texas). Took it to American Discount Tire. They found the problem fast, corrected it, and didnt charge nearly what I had prepared for.
