Absolutely awful. Stopped in this morning, like I do every day at this time, and as usual, they had no chicken made, the two cashiers were standing around talking, and on their phones, I asked how long before the chicken would be ready, Kristi, one of the cashiers became very nasty, so when I got to the register, I wrote her name down, she asked me why I did, and I told her I was calling her boss, she proceeded extremely rude, and snottily, to tell me "if I dont like it, dont come back" then was refusing to give me my change and receipt, even the person in line behind me told her she couldnt do that. I hate to be this customer, but I work with the public, in hospitality, and Kristi is one of the least professional people I have run across, normally workers do what they can to Help their guests, not send them away because there was a complaint. I only said something, because this is ALWAYS happening at this location. There in NO consistency on the time of them having the chicken ready, and for her to become so VERY VERY RUDE and nasty, is unacceptable. I guess them playing on their phones made it worse, and her refusing to give me my change and receipt. Its obvious that this girl cares nothing about the company she works for, or the customers that come in.

The mapco by east Lincoln street in Tullahoma TN 37388, "colored gay guy" (an employee) was very rude to me and alway has be a lil rude snob towards customers,its the 20th of March 5:00am Sunday morning was trying to wait for the money order machine system to be operating where I could make a purchase and not to mention I jus got off working a 12Hr shift next county over and my windshield is fogged over...and didnt think it was safe to drive further on my way home,Im in the parking lot not even 5 minutes and he comes out being rude and smart ass trying to rush me in, another 3minutes goes by he comes back out to my vehicle and says what are you doing and we are open, I replied back saying no problem and that its not 5am yet and I was waiting for the money order machine to be available, and in the mean time I was trying to get my Windows to unfog. He the says that I need to leave and that Im wasting my time waiting for the machine and that Im loitering and was going to have the cops called! Not a very happy customer and that I know for sure will never be a Marco customer again!

Great environment they have the cleanest bathrooms in town and always have great deals for drinks and gas discounts and the manager is very hardworking and accommodating she is always there and if Ive ever had a complaint or issue she has always quickly addressed it or directed me to someone who could . I highly recommend stopping here !
