Let me start by saying I love independent food places and housemade food. I strive to give my business to locals over corporate. Unfortunately I will never return to this business. I placed a Togo order of two cubanos. They cleared the whole ticket board. Probably 20 tickets or so. Handed out all the other Togo orders that were placed after me. Then out comes one Cubano sandwich, wheres the other sandwich you may be asking? Well they didnt know either. They just placed the order to the side for about another 15 minutes. So after a total of 50 min I received one cold sandwich and one hot sandwich. This place could definitely use some better management. Obviously there is some work that needs to be done.

This is the place for you if you like to pre-tip for nonexistent service, get your own refills, and to-go boxes. Its to bad because the food is good. Ive eaten here many times and not once has any management been around to speak or server ask how my meal was. When we receive refills its only liquid, no ice, because you have to get your own refills apparently. Only 1 star because 0 isnt an option. In a neighborhood like Germantown where there are dozens of options in walking distance, this piss poor effort doesnt hold up.

Stopped here from ouuta town for a concert and found this jewel of an eatery. Very cool and clean atmosphere. The butcher shop area left me wanting to take home pounds of their products. Their sandwiches that I tasted were great. The Cuban was one of the best Ive ever had and mixed drinks were great! The people and service was true southern hospitality. This industrial retro neighborhood is really coming to life. Makes me wanna move to Nashville. I would be here weekly.

Very welcoming and hospitable staff! Lovely menu with an eclectic twist. I got the falafel wrap and potato salad - yummy blend of ingredients! Everything is homemade. This place reminded me of a cafe/restaurant you would find in Asheville, NC, so I felt at home. Cochon Butcher was also nice enough to allow me to bring in my natural juice from the juice bar next door without any problems. I will be visiting this cafe next time I am in Nashville, TN.

I had the best dining experience at Cochon Butcher in Nashville. The food was terrific. We tried almost everything on the menu and loved it all. The brussel sprouts were amazing. The daily sausage was my favorite. The manager Erin made our experience even better. Thanks Erin and Cochon Butcher for an awesome meal and experience. Come out to Salt Lake City to ski and well return the favor!

Being from New Orleans I love a good Muffaletta, and the on in Germantown, Nashville, TN is the best Ive eaten anywhere. The fresh cut meats, olive salad, and fresh italian loaf bread was all fresh tasty, and well worth the drive and money. The Bahn Mi sandwich was awesome too. Ill be back VERY soon! Loved it. Brought home some tasso and andouille sausage too! Amazing!

Recently ate lunch with a large party at Cuchon and was impressed with the service but moreover the taste of the unique selection of lunch items. The Mufafuletta sandwich was excellent with a spicy kick not normally found. Everything offered seemed delicious as many were sampled by our group.

Great sandwiches in this Germantown gem. I had the muffaletta, and it was very tasty. As a Louisiana native, I love being able to get some boudin and gumbo to go as well. This place is just like the original in New Orleans. They need to do the Elvis King cake like they do back in NOLA though!

Sandwiches are great. Stay away from ordering the cajun hot dog though, cause youll get it and realized you just spent $10 on a hotdog, youll then look at your friends Pig Mac and realize he paid the same amount and he got a way better deal. The hot dog was alright, but not $10 good.

I had the spare ribs and they were as tough as leather. Ive never had ribs so bad. We ate outside and the flies were really bad. I got a side of coleslaw which was, I kid you not, served in a shot glass. For the price, I was disappointed in both the quality and quantity of the food.

Delicious sandwiches. The muffuletta is fantastic, as is the Cuban, and the Brussels sprouts, potato salad, and Mac n cheese are all on point. It IS fairly expensive for sandwiches, though, and could easily set you back $20 apiece

I love this place and eat here fairly regularly. It is a bit too expensive, but I think its worth if every now and then. The Moroccan lamb, mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, and boudin have always been great.

Great high quality stuff.....love everything Ive tried. Catering available. Expensive, though. An gyro style lamb sandwich is $13 - smaller and not much better than one you can get for $6 at a Kabob place.

I enjoy going to cochon butcher. My favorites are the charcuterie plate and the Brussels sprouts. This time around the Brussels sprouts were overly salty and a little to much sherry vinegar.

This place was delicious. The brussel sprouts were amazing. I dont like ham but my friend let me try a bite of her Cuban sandwich and I loved it. I would recommend it.

Eat here pretty frequently. Food is good, especially the cuban. Staff is improving with new manager on board, but still has some rude employees.

The pork sandwich was incredible, but $6.00 for a side of Mac n cheese is not worth it. There are many better places in Nashville for the money.

Sandwiches are well-crafted and their meats have so much flavor. Wont disappoint. Favs are pastrami, lamb, and turkey sandwiches

Expensive for what you get. The food is good not great. Atmosphere is pretty good, but the food and beer or above average cost.

Way overpriced! $6 for a mac n cheese that is tiny. $13 for a basic turkey sandwich. Food tasted fine but not worth the money.

Overpriced, but great sandwich spot for lunch. Solid list of beers on tap and the full service deli / Boucher element is cool.
