Nicholas H. helped me out immediately as I walked in, and was incredibly kind and helpful until the moment I stepped out with my tea. Ive never been so impressed by any other service experience Ive had. This kid was so knowledgeable, kind, and honest, it guaranteed me as a repeat customer, and it set a great tone for the rest of my evening. He explained different types of teas to me, and he had an educated answer for every question I asked (Im pretty new to tea culture). I realize his character doesnt represent every store and every employee of the company, but wow. Just awesome. And every tea I tried was fantastic. Highly recommended, and I WILL be returning soon, and often.

Literally the highest quality of lose leaf tea Ive seen to date. The people there wont leave you alone, but its not because they want ur money, Teavana actually has it to where they are there TO BE UR EXCLUSIVE GUIDE through the store. I dont even think they make commission, at least, according to a buddy of mine who used to work there. anyways, love the place, always love coming back.

The worker there was rude and when my mother and I asked about tea places in Franklin he said "are you dumb? Why would I suggest anywhere else for my competition?" We were going to buy tea from his store but never again. I know others who think the place is rude.
