For as busy of a place as this Wal-Mart is, they definitely need to have more people working!!!! I had a cart overflowing and had a 35 minute wait in line with my kid!!! There should never be a wait in a multi billion dollar company!!!! They work elderly folks late at night, instead of giving them day shift, thats pretty screwed up. You go during the day and there are all these young people working, you go at night and almost every person is over 60!!! And God forbid if you actually need a CSM, youll wait another 20-30 minutes to even be acknowledged by them, then another 15-20 minutes to have your question answered/problem solved!!! People need to be trained to do more than one job!!! A 24 hour store, Should be just that, A 24 HOUR STORE!!!! Managers should be trained to work any and all departments, if someone has a ship to store purchase, THEY (customer) should be able to get it at THEIR (customer) convenience!!! If someone has photos to pick up, THEY (customer) should be able to get them at THEIR (customer) convenience!!!! If someone has a layaway, THEY (customer) should be able to pay or pick up at THEIR (customer) convenience!!!! If someone has a bakery order, THEY (customer) should be able to pick up at THEIR (customer) convenience!!! If you need to send money or recieve money, then someone (Wal-Mart) should be able to help you with that AT ANY HOUR, DAY OR NIGHT!!! In most cases when moneys needing to be sent or received, its an emergency!!! Someone (Wal-Mart) should always be available to help anyone at the Tire Center, Deli, Bakery, Meat Dept, Photo Center, Electronics, Layaway, Jewelry, Pharmacy, Lawn & Garden, Customer Service, Money Center, etc at any hour of the day or night!!! Someone (Wal-Mart) doesnt have to be scheduled to be there 24/7 but managers, assistants, CSMs should be trained to help a customer at any hour with any department. Where is our (the consumers) money going, if a multi billion dollar company cant handle this? My store (#0687) is always busy, day or night, yet we have extremely long waits, get told "I dont work this dept, I cant help you!" Or "Im sorry, that dept is closed, youll have to come back tomorrow!" Why are you a 24 HOUR store, if you dont intend to have 24 hour customer service available? If your managers were properly trained, they could take care of most anything a customer would need at any hour. Every shift is required to have a manager on duty, so train these people to be able to handle all departments, have at least 2-3 or more scheduled for each working shift and make your stores better places to shop!!! Make us (the consumer) want to spend our money at your stores. Not leave bc weve waited to long in line, or waited to long on a CSM, or leave bc you (Wal-Mart) are unwilling to help us (customer) with what we (customer) need at the time we (customer) need it. What are we, the consumers, likely to do while waiting for what we need done to be getting done, shop, spend money, buy other stuff we didnt come for, bc were happy!!! Not mad and leaving, then going elsewhere the next day!!!

DON`t BUY ELECTRONICS FROM WALMART OR COMPUTERS FROM DELL. I PURCHASED A DELL INSPIRON 15 COMPUTER APRIL 05,2016. THIS COMPUTER HAS NEVER WORKED. I TRIED TO RETURN IT TO WALMART AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE I HAD OWNED IT 18 DAYS.THEY REFUSE TO TAKE ELECTRONICS BACK AFTER 17 days. I HAVE SPENT OVER 6 hours on the phone with DELL on 6-8 different calls.THEY EXPECT YOU TO BE A COMPUTER PROGRAMER AND THEY ARE EXPERTS IN GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND> FINALLY AFTER MANY CALLS AND SEVERAL WASTED HOURS ON THE PHONE. DELL OFFERED TO ACCEPT MY COMPUTER BACK TO THEIR REPAIR STATION. l RETURNED COMPUTER TO DELL AND AFTER APPROX. TWO WEEKS I GOT IT BACK. STILL DOES NOT WORK. I CALLED DELL AGAIN AND THEY SHIFTED ME TO ANOTHER SUPERVISOR. HE GAVE ME A REAL BLESSING OUT , HE SHOUTED AND RAVED AND HE TRIED TO MAKE ME SAY DELL HAD GIVEN ME GREAT SERVICE AND HE REALLY LOST HIS COOL WHEN I WOULD NOT SAY I HAD RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE. IN THE MEAN TIME , HAVE A NEW COMPUTER THAT HAS NEVER WORKED AND WALMART HAS My $279 plus tax. Walmart has never acknowledged my complaint. DO YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES THAT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SELLS SHODDY MERCHANDISE ? THESE TWO COMPANIES ARE THIEVES. WD Hyder Crossville, Tn 38572

Poorly run. Filthy place. My daughter was walking with my wife in the shampoo aisle, and my daughter slipped and fell due to an opened bottle of shampoo on the ground. Just at the end of the aisle, 2 male employees where just standing around talking. My daughter was screaming in pain & my wife was screaming for someone to help! My daughter ended up at the ER, but not before the manager left my daughter laying there in pain, while he checked the video to make sure she wasnt faking. When my wife mentioned the two guys just standing there while my daughter cried in pain, all he said was "Well now, theyre just a couple of "Good ol boys, probably on their break." My wife replied:" We were yelling for help, and they just looked over and kept talking!!" The manager then said:"Oh, then they WERE on their break," This store needs to be cleared out of ALL old employees, TRAIN and hire more professional, courteous, and customer friendly employees. WHAT A SHAME THIS PLACE IS!! WALTON FAMILY, YOU ALL SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED!! I now only shop at Kmart and Big Lots. You must be very proud, Walmart Managers!!!

I went in to buy some dog food because it was on sale. I used some coupons from coupons com and Sundays paper. I went to self checkout like usual except this time right after I scan my coupons and get ready to swipe my debit card the self checkout lady walks over and starts yelling at me. I did nothing to her. She starts yelling that my coupons are copied, which they werent. Thats such a big accusation to make especially if its not even true. The managers did absolutely nothing about her attitude. She needs to learn how to read a coupon instead of trying to make me look like a fool, which is what she is clearly. I will shop at publix, food city, or Kroger from now on. At least they are educated enough to know how to read a coupon.

The Scene: its 8pm on a Saturday and you have a cart full of groceries. You make that final trip to the front to pay and find that out of the 27 available registers, 2 are open with a line extending half-way through mens fashion. You curse under your breath and take your spot in line behind 2 other families that had the same bad idea you did. 15 minutes later youre walking out the door to the parking lot. The loud revving of the 1991 Chevy truck from the riff-raff teenagers that congregate in the parking lot is a deafening welcome and your eventual sigh of relief that its all over. You curse the place and go to Food City for the next weeks grocery visit.

This Walmart DOES NOT care about the handycaped people who come in. My husband had a stroke in 2009 and cannot walk and cannot talk, but he loves to go to Walmart to shop and tries to use the carts. THEY NEED MORE CARTS for the people who cant walk. Fat people always get the carts first and there is not enough to go around. They also give me a hard time about taking the cart outside to get my husband out of the car. WHY!!! This is the Only Walmart that does that. There is a man in the front of the store that is rude. Bad Bad man. Usually works behind the desk where you take your returns. I am sure some of you have met the Rude man.
