I came in today to purchase a Venti cup of iced water with 3 scoops of Matcha powder. I was rung up by a bitter old lady who then tried to charge me for an Iced Matcha Latte (around $3) when my original order was only supposed to be 85 cents. I told the lady "I didnt order that. I only want green tea powder in Iced water." And she bitterly replied "its company policy to charge for a custom drink a full price." I told her that a man yesterday made that exact same drink yesterday for me and only charged me 85 cents, since the Matcha powder is an add on item. I didnt get any kind of milk from behind the counter, no coffee, no sugar, I JUST only wanted 3 scoops of Matcha powder in some water, since Im on a cleanse. She then said "Well, that man is sadly mistaken. We dont do that." Then I walked out without my 80 cent drink. I called corporate right after I left and asked them if its really company policy to charge a full price for a custom order. The lady on the phone was confused, because its NOT company policy to charge $3 for a drink thats only supposed to be 85 cents. Im sorry, bitter old lady, but the man yesterday was not "mistaken". You are. Green tea powder is an add on item, so I can get it by itself in water. Customer is ALWAYS right, honey! ;) The picture that Im including is the 85 cent drink that I got yesterday that was made by that awesome man behind the counter. Read em and weep, baby.

Came in with my wife for 2 cups of coffee and a bag of beans. Time was just after 5 pm on Sunday. The person behind the counter refused to accept a hundred dollar bill, saying she does not have change. I only had hundred dollar bills. We had no choice but to leave. I felt very sad and somewhat humiliated. Comon people, youve been open all day, you suppose to have enough change. Its just that these people dont care, I mean then hire these part time kids for next to minimum wage, of cause they dont care about loosing a sale or a customer. Im never coming back.

I frequent Starbucks from NYC to Philly and the Poconos. This one in Stroudsburg is the only location that is filthy every time I go. The service is super slow and whoever does the ordering (corporate or locally) is doing a terrible job. Last time they were actually out of milk. Today I was driving through and got off of 80 and took time out of my driveway just to get a strawberry & banana smoothie and they are all out of bananas.

No lunches at lunch time? Cold feeling in eating reception area. Grilled cheese at over $6.00, really? Oh, I got the "sorry only have one left", its Fn 12 oclock people!! Started with Non informed counter people and other employees just ignore you while on line and looking at their menu. The place has no manager, why?!? This is an Overpriced personal experience for me. L8TR

Only visited twice. Both times location was out of many advertised products and chalk board special was outdated by over a week and not being offered. The first visit was very bad with the location being understaffed, unfriendly, and drinks time taking almost 20 minutes. The second visit was good with friendly fast service.

Why is it ever time I go to this location at 7:20 am they tell me it will be a 5 minute wait while they brew coffee. Dont they brew in anticipation of opening at 7am. Also why must the ofie kid always push the plastic cover on with his palm. They are trained to not do this on their first day of training.

Oh yuck!!!! The whipped cream on my frap is spoiled! It tastes disgusting! I usually come here every so often for coffee but if this is how bad service is getting Im not coming anymore. Theres even flies flying around and landing on the drinks that the barista just leaves sitting there!

Walked in on our way through the town. The cashier was very nice, however the barista was rude because there was a mixup In the coffee getting vanilla or not. Obviously wasnt that serious an issue but the barista was apparently taking her work discomfort out on me and my wife.

One big star bucks with lots of seating modern design comfortable clean and neat relaxing to read and have your coffee. All Starbucks should be this spacious and comfortable.. Very friendly staff well trained in how to make a specialty coffee. quick and professional.

Extremely cozy Starbucks located in the heart of Downtown Stroudsburg. Staff/workers are very friendly and patient, establishment is clean and well kept, and service is quick! Definitely a place to go to for a quick break, or to do work for a few hours (free WiFi!).

I come here because the atmosphere is like the coffee shops I remember from Greece. The coffee is always good and it gives me the chance to hang out like our family did in Europe when I was very young. I like the snacks and cakes as well when I come with friends.

This was the first time Ive been in a starbucks that was packed, with burnt, disgusting coffee. It wasnt even worth having them remake it, as my husband and I purchased two different drinks that both tasted awful. I will not be returning.

I love going to this Starbucks, the coffee is great and all the baristas are very nice. Although, I overheard some part of a conversation between an employee and the guy with the curly mustache and I was appalled by how rude he was!

As a coffee addict and a Starbucks regular customer, I find this Starbucks disgraceful! There coffee is stall and tastes really bad. Im seriously offended by the coffee they served me today. I wont bother give them another chance.

Typical Starbucks. Good coffee and great atmosphere. Parking is a HUGE hassle. The main street is busy during the day so getting in and out isnt easy. If you need to use the restroom youll have to ask the barista for the code.

every time I go to this location its dirty, one on cash register the rest are not customer focus and on cell phone. Overall dirty and lousy experience. Usually out of food and sometimes even milk. Its really bad.

The staff is rude, they do not even acknowledge your presence, and the way they treat people who jave mobile orders is rediculous. Ive been to starbucks world wide, and this has to be the worst one by far

Dim lighting (in a feel-good sort of way) and very clean. The tall barista with the amazing curly mustache is Uber nice, and made our four drinks in under a minute. I was impressed
