The guy that owns the place has terrible customer service he makes you feel like you need him instead of the other way around and the most inconsistent hours I shipped my gun there and UPS couldnt drop it off because they werent open I will never advise anyone to use this FLL when my gun finally shipped there they never called me to tell me that it was damaged instead they called the place I purchased it from and when it was time for them to send it back it took them over a week to do that they are just terrible at business.

I had a gun purchase shipped to Big riches gun shop. Excellent customer service. Rich is very knowledgeable and one hell of an American. Best prices in the area too! Others that rated Big Rich sport shop as 1 star need to wipe the baby tears from their eyes and pull up their skirt. You shouldnt own a gun in the first place. Highly recommend!

I bought 3 pistols from them on monday, they were very helpful and polite, they didnt rush me one bit and the man who owns the store was very patient helping me with diff types of ammo and holsters,def recommend them but if you want something more interesting then a pistol or hunting rifle, theyll kindly order it and have it for you in a few days

Being a family business, their hours are pretty inconsistent and unreliable but they are the cheapest and most honest gun smiths I have ever seen.
