Not as big as some of the other Targets in the area, but I can generally find what I need. I have mixed reviews about the staff here, sometimes you get a good one and sometimes you get someone who is really horrible. It is a shame because the store is nice and clean and overall has a nice variety of products. Some days you come and the check-out person is very helpful and other days they act like it is an entirely troublesome effort to have to ring-up your order as if youre beneath then and they dont have the time of day for you. I really wish someone would teach people how to give change back properly, not just here but in all stores in general.... Its like a lost art since everyone seems to use plastic. You should never put the coins on top of the dollar bills, it just makes them fall all over the place, or you end up with a wad of coins between a crumpled pile of bills. It would be a rare person who keeps their coins in the same place as their paper money. Since we no longer count back change, people just give you what the register says and drop it all in a pile in your hand. Its not the proper way to do it; coins first then bills. Customer service has been very helpful on the few occasions that I have needed to go there.

Our group of 12 high schoolers who are regular paying customers of this Target quietly arrived at this location to have a team-building scavenger hunt activity and shop afterwards. While we were waiting for all members of our party to arrive, the store manager rudely told us that we were causing a disturbance and called in the police to have us removed by "force if necessary." Until they arrived, she tracked us closely even as we were browsing items to buy and kept telling us to leave. I can see from her perspective that the store wants to minimize loitering, however, she told the cops that we had a party of 27 people who were running and yelling and that customers were complaining. We never raised our voices or ran, and were only casually taking pictures of the items we were hunting for. As a result of this misinformation and because of our ages, the first police officer treated us like juvenile delinquents. I know this sounds like a spoiled complaint of a teenager who cannot handle themselves in the real world, but the way that we were immediately profiled at this Target is the opposite of the customer service someone who shops here regularly deserves.

It is a very sanitary environment and its quite easy to find what youre looking for especially if you download their app via the Google Play Store or Apple app store, the cashiers generally seem friendly although, for such a big store its sometimes difficult to find an actual person to help you find what youre looking for when you cant find it yourself. Sometimes its as if they dont possess the full ability to aid you in finding what youre looking for, having a tendency to refer you to another sales associate to help find what youre looking for, which can sometimes be a bit annoying. Though, overall it is a pleasant store to shop at and I havent even mentioned the Starbucks and other amenities offered in the food court.

Manager of the store was rude to my friends and I just because we were teenagers. She claimed we were loitering when we were waiting for the rest of our group, and claimed we were running around and screaming when we were simply talking and participating in a scavenger with our cross country team. Instead of asking us to move politely, she demanded that we either shop or leave. So we all started browsing to get out of the way. As we did so, she stood across from us and reported us to the cops. We eventually became too scared to continue taking pictures of the items for our scavenger hunt and left. Terribly rude manager, scared to go back.

I have a great experience at this store most times I go there. Occasionally they will not have an item I was looking for but that is true with any place. The store is clean, organized and most importantly staffed correctly. We have never stood in a line longer than 5 minutes.

Had to double-check and make sure I wasnt inside of Walmart. One register open, self scan broken & poor customer service when asked if another register could be opened. This is why I avoid this location, I should have known better.

Love having our Target in this shopping center. Never a hassle with returns and the CVS pharmacy inside the Target store is my favorite pharmacy since they know who I am and know the facts about any prescription for my family!

Worked for this company for about a year and a half now. Love it here! Very friendly associates! The store is clean and if any messes ever occur they are taken care of promptly. Guests are valued greatly here.

Get the Red card to get an additional 5% off everything, including sale and clearance items. They have a debit card and a credit card, your choice. Also, check out the crowd favorite fresh popcorn at the cafe.

I love the staff at Target in Pottstown PA. Seriously, these guys are champs! Always asking if if they can lend a hand. Today a gentlemen helped an elderly lady take her groceries to the car, it was so kind.

Good merchandise selection, store is well kept and well stocked and check-out lines are kept short. With the cartwheel app and red card you can save money.
