A few months ago, I ordered a funeral arrangement for a relative. It was the first time I ordered from this florist. I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement. It was very old style. I paid over a hundred dollars for it, so I expected something very nice. I previously ordered from somewhere else, and was always very pleased with the high style, updated arrangements. In my opinion, Rosso florist needs some current education on arranging flowers. I ask for sunflowers and hints of purple. The sunflowers were very small, and it had one purple piece sticking out of the side. I was embarrassed, because I have always sent very nice arrangements. Needless to say, I will never order from Rosso Florist again.

I had planned on using them for my wedding in Sept. I called at least 6 months ahead of time and was told to call again after it got closer to pick a time to come in & pick out flowers. When I called a month before the wedding to pick my date to come in, I was informed that they could not do my wedding because a relative of the owners was having a wedding the same day. Very disappointing.

Just saw a picture of an arrangement I ordered, its horrible, looks nothing like the picture and there are practically no flowers in it!
