I told them what part I needed (with figures from the manufacturer), it wasnt in stock so they had to ship it. I had to pay up front. A week later when it arrived I realized that they ordered the wrong part. I return the item and am then told that I can get a refund for the part but "I cant return shipping" They charged me money to ship the wrong part that they incorrectly ordered. The shipping accounted for approximately 30% of the cost for this order. Theyre not evil, just inept.

Stopped in to dump used oil, a nice service... When I mentioned that the used oil container Id bought from them (about 6 mos prior) was problematic (read cheap piece of C@#$ ) The attendant mentioned that its all about how you care for it... Really did I really hear that it was MY fault the lid would not tighten? Did I really hear that I should boil the lid in water so it would work again? Morons, never again! 1 Star B/C zero is not an option.

I came here to get the proper stuff to change my oil. Becky was very helpful in figuring out what I needed. When went to leave my car wouldnt start, so Cody jumped it for me. I asked if they could check the life of the battery he did and determined I should get a new one. The manager (his name escapes me) was super nice and replaced the battery for me! Great service super friendly and helpful workers, highly recommend. 11/10

Needed wiper blades, called they had them. Got there and was providedc a selection. They did not try and talk me into the most expensive ones. Got mid range and they CHEERFULLY installed them. Very friendly group and installed the wipers as I waiting. Entire transaction took no more than 10 minutes including installation. Excellent service and competitive pricing.

Very helpful and knowledgable workers here. They are always eager to help, and have the skills and suggestions to back it up. I have been coming here since it opened, and they almost always have what I need, but I do drive an older Toyota, so parts are somewhat common. They do run out of chex mix somewhat often, so make sure you stock up!
