Dear AmPm, On 06/11/16, I went to the AmPm on 238th and Sandy in Woodvillage, Oregon. The pump attendent, Sahraf, poured gas all down the side of my 2014 tc scion. He squeezed the handle before putting it in my car. I asked "are you wiping that up" and he just walked away to the other row of cars and proceeded to finish another customer. In amazement. I yelled over and asked again "youre cleaning off my car right?" He walks over and looks at the car and said "no". Seriously tgis is a $24k and you wont clean off what you spilled? He then walked over to the paper dispenser and yanked out 2 and said "heres the towels located here bitc@" and threw the 2 he had in the garbage. Said he wasnt cleaning and walked of yelling "youre a bitc@!" Seriously? I had to go into their rest room area and dump some type of cleaning product on a rag and washed it all off my car myself. As i did it i heard him saying "its just gas, what a bitc@" to the next person who has been in line behind me. That is not good custmer service. He should be fired. Destruction of personal property is not acceptable nor is cussing at customers.

Cashier was on the phone the whole time we were there. (At least 20minutes) Guessing she was speaking to relatives as it was a language I didnt recognize. Bathrooms were backed up couldnt use them. Nothing had correct pricing. Cashier wouldnt take a break from her phone call to give you a total when she rang you up. Freezers and fridges had food all over the ground. They are definitely losing money from their obviously bad employees.

DISGUSTING dump, even for a gas station, and the employees are extremely rude, to the point that I set my selections on the counter and walked out. Soda dispenser was covered with bugs and looked like it hadnt been wiped down in weeks. Everything looked trashy and dirty and not maintaned at all. Ive never left a review for a damn gas station before but i feel people need to be warned against these horrible places.

I went in with a prepared credit card and they refused to serve me and I walked half a mile to get there since I was out of gas on the side of the freeway and wouldnt let me use the restroom because I didnt buy anything and I refuse to go there again

Horrible service ever!!! Was told to prepay then to pump my own gas!!!! This station sucks! Its filthy and smells! Will never get fuel there again! Loves is my spot now!
