A Private User

It was our first time kayaking. Thankfully we had blue skys and it was a cool summer morning so it wasent too warm. We went up the river and followed the exact instructions Vito the owner provided and we had no problems. Vito was very friendly and personable. We would defiantly return and recommend this spot to beginners, families, and anyone looking for an adventure on the river/and or lake.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Gave a brief lesson in how to kayak properly and provided a waterproof bag to bring our phone in. The scenery was great and they explained the mile markers very well, making the trip fun and easy!

What a great place! Along with renting kayaks Vito also cleans fish. My sons and I watched in awe as Vito cleaned 33 fish we caught in minutes. We enjoyed the stories he told and the information he gave on the fish we caught.

It wasnt busy when we arrived. Staff was helpful in helping us pick the best craft for the six of us in our family. They were patient, informative, and pleasant. We really enjoyed our time on the river as well.
