Terrible service!..In the last couple of months..the service at this location has gone down hill. I dont know who does the hiring there..but each time I go there..(I visit frequently) the service just gets worse. Between chit chat at the window w.familiar customers to people on their way to work..ties up the line. No one should wait 15minutes for a simple Pike with one car in the drive-thru! Top that off with a gaggle of confused employees with no sense of urgency or customer service. I cant tell you the number of times I skipped the 8car long wait in the drive thru and went inside..only to find out everyone in there was all over the map. If the employees are not trained..they should not be making a Carmel macchiatos. Stumbling around each other like monkeys let loose and no flow about the process or a workable line of production. I am a Starbucks regular but this location is enough for me to wait til I get to work and give my business there. I buy gifts..mugs..breakfast and coffee on a regular basis from Starbucks. I will not purchase from this location again. Oh did I mention they jacked up the prices?! So essentially I am paying for worse service! Not anymore!

Sooooo slow. I had to stop going because I am tired of having to leave my house 30 minutes early before work to pay almost $5 for my morning beverage. I can see a long wait from time to time due to call offs, turnover, or being short handed, but every single day? No. Sad thing is, I dont even go during a rush hour. I leave my house at 10am well after the morning rush, and its still a 20 minute wait for a $5 cup of joe. Not worth it.

Whats the point in ordering online when the wait is longer than going through the drive through or into the store? This location is always slow, always unorganized, and has messed up my order more times than I can remember. I always say, note to self: go to a different location but this is the closest to my home and seems convenient... BUT ITS NOT! Youd get your coffee quicker if you went to Columbia and picked the beans yourself.

Service here is very slow. Been here many times and they always take a very long time both in the drive thru and inside the store. Everyone just stands around while there is a long line of customers. They also made my drink with so much milk that there is zero coffee flavor. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes my drink tastes awful. I will not be returning here.

Waited for 15 minutes for a simple coffee, watched people behind me in line get their complicated frapps and such before me and then when i finally got mine it was wrong. Waited another five minutes just for them to fix it again without apology and bad attitude. Still crappy coffee at the end. Wouldnt recommend. /:

Ive been to a lot of other Starbucks and this one has the most friendly staff and never messes up my order as strange and complicated as my order are. Drive thru is fast too. I recommend using mobile app to pre-order your drinks to avoid the lines inside because it does get busy in mornings!

Great place! Its a small building but they still keep up with the many people to order there. The drinks are well made and the pastries are so good. You have to be patient with the drive threw because the facility is small. It sometimes is faster to go inside and order.

Staff is always friendly and clearly working hard to keep up on orders. I agree with others as the wait tends to be pretty long (both inside and drive thru). Id recommend ordering on the mobile app about 10 minutes prior to getting your items.

Tthis location has really friendly staff, but is consistently slower than molasses in winter. I say consistently because I come here often and it is always really slow at the drive thru. 1 plain latte is all I ever order. :-)

Not a tremendous amount of seating here, and the staff is just ok. Not sure if this is due to a large influx of trainees or if this is the speed of the store, but other Starbucks are faster while maintaining the same quality.

The staff are amazing here the pump out beverages pretty quickly and always remind you of the rewards they have per season. Right now for every holiday beverage purchased you get a sticker, after 5 you get a free drink!

Great food, the staff is always friendly, and the place is always clean and well kept. The wait can be a bit excessive at times though. Expect around 10 minutes after ordering during low volume and 25+ during rush.
