If I can give it negative stars, I would. The customer service that I encountered tonight was horrible! Ive been coming to this establishment on a consistant basis since I moved to the area back in August. First of all, AFTER Ive already shopped around the store for about ten minutes, I stood in line to pay for my items. As, Im PAYING for my things the clerk proceeds to tell me to take off my hood, which is attached to a peacoat. Not an oversized hoodie which would make those of a lighter shade feel uncomfortable at times, a peacoat. I am 30 years old, you will NOT TELL me to remove my hood as if Im some juvenile deliquent. Plus its a frosty cold December night Christmas night!! You can ask or you could suggest, but not TELL. Mind you Im a regular customer. She points to a handwritten note on the door and claims it to be store policy, again Ive NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE AND IM THERE ALMOST EVERY DAY. SPENDING MY HARD EARNED CASH WITH THEM. Ooookkkkk... Whatever, makes you sleep better. I proceed to ask for a black and mild. Yes I know, such a dirty habit. We all have our vices. The same clerk states, "We dont take out of state IDs". Are you kidding?! Ive bought wine from them on serveral occasions. I bought a black and coffee every morning last week... If its store policy, ok, sure fine ..whatever. Just be consistant....NO problems prior to her. I wish I knew her name. So before I blew my lid, I just walked out of the store, leaving behind all of my items behind. I guess I was just too black for her tonight. I will not spend another dime there. Not even for gas. Dollar general, and other Convenient locations uses my ID without incident and I can wear my hood.

This location is the most poorly ran business Ive encountered in a long time! The staff there dont know what a tire pressure gauge/ air pressure gauge is even though its a gas station with air available. Then theyve accepted my ID numerous occasions (multiple staff) and all of a sudden, they dont take out of state identification. The cashiers are always rude and ignorant. It may be close to home but Ill do the extra drive from now on to avoid these people. Dont bother requesting a supervisor, doesnt help. Theyre just like the staff.

Ive taken a friend to this location 3 times, 3 weeks in a row so that he could fill out an application. He has been turned away all 3 times, yet they have a sign up that says "HELP WANTED INQUIRE WITHIN." We will be contacting EEOC, immediately! I suggest that you take your business across the street to Dollar General, where the customer service is much better, unless you need to get some of the worse gas in the Lorain County.

Cashiers are always rude, Ive gotten used to it. I wouldnt come here ever if I didnt live right down the street. But when Im out I would pick any other gas station over this place. Its always nice to go in somewhere where youre supporting their job and feel appreciated for bringing them business. If youre having a bad day, dont come here. Lol

Food is expired and workers arent that great this place really needs inspection and to actually feed people this food is disgusting!
