POOR customer service after purchase. I bought a Husqvarna garden tractor, after less than 30 hours of use the front wheel fell off (tractor not greased). After 100 hours a stick caused the drive belt to come off damaging the trans fan. Called them for warranty service. After the parts came in I took tractor to them and was told that it would be ready in 2 days. After 4 days went back to get it, I was first told they could not find the paperwork, then they were waiting on parts. I took the tractor home to cut my grass for Memorial day. Took it back on Tuesday and told that they can not give me an estimate of repair time since I took the tractor home before repair it is put back on the bottom of the pile and they do not know if it would be done. I called Husqvarna about it. Dale the manager of Clinton Supply said he did not care who I called, even God cant make him repair my tractor until he wants to. I wil NEVER shop at this store again and once the tractor is repaired If it ever needs repair again, I will drive it to Massillon. So much for home town courtesy. Lowes would have saved me money on the purchase..

I had a tractor wheel that I needed new bearings, I went to Clinton True Value to pick up the part. Not only did they not have it they said I had to order the whole wheel. Taking them at their word I purchased a new wheel and paid in advance. It has now been 6 weeks, I have called twice, no wheel. Luckily I was able to find the bearings I needed elsewhere for 1/10 the price I paid for the wheel from Clinton True Value. Just imagine how long my grass would be if I had relied on Clinton True Value. My suggestion to anyone reading this would be to shop elsewhere. If they did it to me they could do it to you.
