My entire family has been going there for years. I only write reviews after having experienced a place for awhile with many experiences at the location and interacting with staff. This is because it is far to easy to have one or two bad experiences due to misunderstandings, mishaps or perhaps someone who is just having a bad day and make a general judgement based on that one or two experiences. We cant expect all our experiences in life to go our way but after all the years and countless shopping experiences there my family has had, I feel confident giving them an excellent review. They do go out of their way for you. Staff is very knowledgable in answering questions and guiding you in directions youre looking for. They take the time to help you out. All health food stores are expensive, you are paying for higher quality and harder to attain goods. At least they are not charging you several dollars more at cash register then overpriced item is already labelled like Fresh Market does lol. If youre looking for a great, hometown health food store, Id definitely recommend you check them out!

Updated- I have been several times since I posted my first review and have never experienced rude staff. They will also order in things if they dont have them. Orig. review - I have never experienced rude staff as the previous reviewer stated. While the prices on some things can be high, they have a very large selection and I can typically find whatever Im looking for.

Its not that I dislike Cinti Natural Foods on Colerain. Its that I get a monthly postcard of coupons & forgot to bring it with me to the store. When I was ready to check out over $60 in purchases they had no way to look me up by name, address or phone number to give me the discount. They wouldnt give it to me & I dont like that.

Always helpful, Always have what I am looking for! They may cost more than amazon but are local & I support Local. As for coupons, I get the mailing but forget to bring it as well sometimes, You have to have the coupon with you, it is universal like taxes!!!

I went in for the first time today & the female employee helped me find what I was looking for. She even went above & beyond & gave me a copy of a paper on what Id purchased. This will definitely be my new go-to place for health food products & supplements.
