I did not find a pressured or pushy environment but rather a laid back one. I originally stopped in for a test drive and expected to be contacted with additional info. I never got that. I made a couple of attempts for additional info and had I not, they would not have sold to me, When I went back, still no pressure. AND, that game others play making you wait for a while before they return with a deal, not hear. It was minutes after they looked at my trade and then less than a minute to answer my counter offer. I like this no waiting game and a bottom line number so you do not have those unexpected fees at the end. In looking at the contract, the doc fee is nearly half of those other places. I can not comment about service dept. yet. Although I can and will figure out all the "stuff" on my new car, it would be nice to have a more in-depth review of it. Also, I feel like I got a decent trade in value vs. that "black book" others use that says the car is 50% of all other valuations. I would go back here to purchase another car based on this experience, specially considering the price difference (savings) here vs. the dealership 25 miles closer to my home.

I called because I had a $25 electronic gift card from amazon for safeway . I called because of bad reviews. i called and a guy answers and says "safeway". So im like, hello...no hello or anything back. so I continue and I explain that I have an electronic gift card with safeway. "he says right off the bat they dont accept those" I say "but it is for safeway" he says "no, cash credit, debit, but not the gift card for safeway". he was not drastically rude but kind of like he didnt really want to talk to me. But cmn, he didnt say hello or his name. I asked to speak with a manager ad he said "youre speaking to one..." great. I then ask his name because he still didnt mention it. it was mike supposedly, I am contacting amazon to see if I can get a different gift card. they lost my business before I even stepped through the door.

Im a college student and live right down the street from here they are all very nice people and for me I never keeep the change but the cashier will keep a tab for how much I give back! Honestly greatest service I could ask for
