I have been a very satisfied client of Rafael Opticians for over 10 years. There are several issues with my eyes and Ive needed a skillful optician to be sure my glasses are made correctly. At Rafaels not only have my glasses been made exactly correctly, but Ray, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about optical issues and has been a life saver in resolving my issues. Ray was also able to show me how a prescription will be completed by using lenses over my current prescription. He has saved me from the expense of making glasses I would not be able to see out of.

I love my new glasses! I never thought I get a pair of fashion eyewear like Kate spade, but after trying on a half dozen pair selected by Mr. Tedesco, I had to agree with him! This was the first pair he chose and they look great! Unfortunately for me, I fell asleep with them on my face a couple days later. They got a little bent out of shape. I went back to the shop and Mr. Tedesco cheerfully fix them for me. This is a great store with great service! Mr. Tedesco is very knowledgeable about his craft.

He is friendly, has great products, knows exactly what frames flatter you and is very precise in his measurements which is key for the progressive lenses I wear. He always give the client he is currently helping his utmost attention and II have told friends and colleagues to go there. A great place to get quality at affordable prices.

I went to this place to replace my broken eyeglasses temple. The person working there (apparently the owner) broke the frame while he was trying to replace the temple and then blamed the manufacturer for making poor frames. I paid over $300 for this frame about 2 years ago. He did not take the responsibility to replace the frame and asked for $300 to give me a new frame and lens!
