My complaints about the store manager JOANNE Gabriel keeps being deleted!!!!!!!! I will keep on reposting. The store manager Joanne Gabriel is a joke!!! at door, you see the sign with her saying that "we promise a service thats prompt, friendly, courteous and respectful". I will tell you my experience with her today. I was trying to seek her help about a bag. I bought a marc jacobs bag before at 224, but today it is 295. They used to match the lowest price before, so I asked her if she could do that for me today. She "asked" me to go with her to the counter and checked my previous purchasing using my lord and taylor black card. She did find that I paid 224, but then she spent 20 minutes explaining about her situation. The following is for the so-called "manager": 1. You listen, nobody cares about your situation, all I need to know is if you could give me the price I want. You wasted my 20 minutes. Interestingly, you accused me of wasting your time. Woman, are you crazy? did I ask you to explain anything? You were not helping, instead You are so rude and bad at your command with language. I am very busy and I have other errands to run. YOU ARE NOT "PROMOT"!!! YOU ARE A TIME WASTER!! SHAME ON YOU! 2. You would not let me talk, and when I talked, you raised your voice and said " time out!!" to a paying customer!!!! IN FRONT OF ANOTHER PERSON!!!!! I do not see the point of you being mad about my purchase!!! What is wrong with me wanting to buy a bag? You lost your temper with me in front of another customer, which is beyond me to believe and understand. Ask yourself WERE YOU "FRIENDLY" AND "CUTENESS" ? I wish you had learnt to be "RESPECTFUL" to people in elementary school, let alone to a paying customer! You should be shamed!! 3. You said I was "IRRATIONALl"!!!! What did I do ?? I simply asked if you could price match. If you could not, fine, I am not going to buy it then. Did I "force" you to sell it to me?? This is what you promised to be "RESPECTFUL" and "COURTEOUS"???????? Is this not a joke or what?? Your action is a slap into your OWN face. You yourself is the worst in honoring your promise in the store!!! AS A PAYING CUSTOMER, I DO NOT DESERVE IT. I was very offended by your nasty attitude, your hypocrisy and your unprofessionality. I will call the regional manager to report you!! You YOURSELF should READ THE PROMISE YOU WROTE YOURSELF EVERY MORNING, and start setting examples for the associates rather than being a Joke that everyone despise. SHAME ON YOU!!! DO NOT TRY TO CONTACT ME. I do not want to waste my time with you again.

This review is for George Davis at the Chanel makeup counter in Lord & Taylor. He is one of the rudest, most unprofessional people Ive ever attempted to work with. He runs a side business doing wedding makeup and I was absolutely shocked by his horrible, childish attitude during the entire process of scheduling and doing a makeup trial. Then, he canceled three weeks before the wedding (not for a reason, just because he didnt feel like doing it), which officially made him the worst part of the wedding planning experience. I cant believe Chanel employs someone like this and allows him to run his sham business using their counter.
