I recommend never renting anything from this shop. I rented two tuxes here for my sisters wedding, one for myself and one for my nephew. When we went to fit the tuxes the shoes for my nephew were the wrong size which was OK because they refunded us the cost and I bought him a pair for half of the rental fee at wal-mart. However they insist on repacking the tuxes after we fit them which was done while I was paying for the rental. The next day when me and my nephew went to put our tuxes on only to find out that they never packed my nephews vest and tie back into the bag. I then had to go and buy a new tie as well from wal-mart because this shop has poor hours and no way to get a hold of anyone. (There was another groomsman at the wedding who also didnt get his tie packed.) So I went to the store on the Monday following the wedding and I was explaining what happened and the lady literally went off on me and told me I lost them and I have to pay for them. She stated that there was nothing in the changing rooms when they came in, because she took them out and hid them. She stated that I signed a rental contract, I signed a receipt showing what I rented nothing more. She stated that in 20 years of service they have never had a mistake before, that in itself is an outright lie and shows she is an outright dishonest person and was attempting to make me look like a thief or a liar I am unsure which she was going for. I then told her to prove to me that she packed it in there since i was never shown all the stuff packed away and she has no cameras or anything of the sort in her shop. She had only her assistant who she said was her witness. The problem with this is her assistant packed the tuxes away while she billed me out therefore her assistant was in no way a witness when she was in fact the only one present in that room at the time. The owner then stated that her husband was an officer and she was going to call him, which she did, to find out which options she had. Her only options were to attempt to scare me. When none of this worked she proceeded to go into the back and then when i was turned the other direction she rushed behind me and pulled up a childs vest and said here it is my assistant just pulled it out of the bottom of the bag, you must have missed it. This statement and action alone shows that she tried to make me out to be blatantly unintelligent. As if I would not be smart enough to look in the bottom of the bag when searching its contents for the rest of the suit. I was finally like I have to get to work I dont care anymore you found the vest Ill pay for the 10 dollars for the tie and Im done with this place. After that she was so happy and giddy again, I assume shes bi polar, she kept telling me the whole time how defensive I was being when she wouldnt even let me get a word in edge wise. I really knew she was full of it when I was said in pure humility, so i could just end it, "Im sorry maybe I just missed it because of everything that was going on." And she stated "Yes, its entirely possible because of the vests black backing in the black bag making it hard to see." The major flaw here is the vest had no black on it at all, it was a silver front with a white backing and straps. and the tie was all different shades purple stripes. The vest also had no wrinkles on it from "supposedly" crammed into the bottom of the bag (which also states that they did not pack it properly) and it literally is supposed to be hung around a hanger with the tie which neither were in the bag meaning that whole section was not put in the bag. So in other words the lady that owns this shoppe is a dishonest person who lied to me, attempted to make me look a fool and a liar, and who has no respect for other peoples hard earned money. The businesses hours are seemingly random, they have no answering machine and untrained personal. I highly advise never ever renting here.

There arent enough words to describe how amazing my wedding dress shopping experience was! I walked in with a lot of anxiety and self-conscious feelings and walked out feeling like a beautiful bride to be! The dress options were fabulous and there were many different styles to try on to give me a range of options. The third dress I tried on was my dress!!! I am 100% in LOVE with my dress! I also had an appt to get my Bridesmaid dresses that day, and we picked those out in about 20 min! They are exactly what I wanted!! The group that came with me had a great time as well! It truly was everything I wanted my dress shopping experience to be! Tia Bush is the fabulous lady that helped us and she is awesome! She made me feel super comfortable and beautiful and was so encouraging as I was trying on dresses! The boutique is definitely lucky to have her!!

I went in to Carol Lee as a last option. I almost did not go because of the reviews on here, but went as I was in dire straight for a wedding dress for a week from today. Madison was the girl in the shop and she was absolutely wonderful. Explained to her that I needed a dress for next Saturday and she went right to helping me. We found the one that I loved but it did not quite fit and need alterations. Being so close to Christmas and a terrible ice storm I was starting to really freak. She ended up calling the owner and sending a picture of the dress to her who then contacted a seamstress and I was able to go right over and be fitted so it would be done by Thursday. I can not express how helpful and wonderful these people were to me, they have made it possible for me to enjoy my day. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Poor customer service. The employees did not obtain payment information correctly, which ultimately delayed ordering of bridesmaid dresses. We were told the dresses would be in for fitting/alterations when the wedding party was in town for the bridal shower (three weeks before the wedding). The bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses arrived later than promised, and therefore, needed to be shipped to those who live out of town. The dresses arrived only a week and a half before the wedding, still needing alterations, which cost more because they needed to be rushed. The owner then asked us for reimbursement for shipping costs. When discussing these concerns with the owner, excuses were made and blame was indirectly placed. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this service.

Have used them for many different weddings. Ill be honest Im a big guy and need a large tux. Ive always felt like I was being judged because of this after having to rent tuxes there....4 plus times. However stopped in and met the new owners a couple months ago as my brothers wedding is coming up, and I like to do as much business locally as I can. The new owners were extremely nice and Ill have to admit that it was a totally different atmosphere than it was the other times I have visited. We will be using them for my brothers wedding and I would like to thank them for turning this place atound. Thanks for taking the time to talk with me when I came in and thanks for your help in the future! YOU GUYS ROCK!
