If I could give it ZERO stars... I would. This place never re-stocks their shelves. Even when a customer makes a request, they do not order for them! Ive been there on 2 occasions where they did not have chicken breasts! Their "mood lighting" in the produce section is deceiving. I have had to return or throw away their rotten produce on more than one occasion. No matter WHAT time I go there, there are lines, because they are not interested in opening up enough registers to keep their customers happy (as Shoprite & other Stop & Shops are). I have even walked out with my groceries in my arms, because they actually ran out of bags! Seriously?!

Of course you can find pretty much everything you need here, but they could improve the shopping experience. The stores cleanliness is not on a par with other stores Ive shopped at. The entry way smells. This probably due to the placement of the recycling area. The customer bathroom is downright filthy and should be used only in an extreme emergency. The produce section could use some sprucing up as well. It always seems under-stocked and its arrangement is very disorganized.

There is NEVER anything here that you did not see last week. I do not get the re-stocking policies that this store must go through. Stop and Shop was my favorite store when I lived up North but when they corporation got to the city areas, it not the same. We never get what we are looking for and I have begged the store manager to restock the items that we PROMISE to purchase on a weekly basis ....... they changed NOTHING!

This place is the worst stop and shop, the fresh produce always looks awful and the checkout lines are always absurdly long with many employees standing around doing nothing.
