Shanor Lighting - Niagara Falls Blvd. location: My husband stopped in to look at a light fixture for our bathroom vanity. He was greeted with "what do you want, in a surly manner. Sales associate simply then pointed to the display and did not offer any assistance after directing him to the row of lights. Another associate briskly walked past him after he asked for further assistance. Finally, when he decided on the fixture (our last resort) after going to the big box stores, he went to make his purchase only to discover the fixture lacked all the parts. When it was resolved, and the transaction was complete, not even a thank you was offered to him. We are not impressed, and as he put it "I hope to never will go back there again." Too bad Shanor... we had more lighting projects to complete.

the people that work there could care less if they sell you anything, if you do buy anything on your own be prepared for it to be either have missing parts or to be broken all together .
