For most I been going to this particular supermarket since it opened and Im from the community and had family working there as well from Ureña side of my family which is the only reason why This supermarket was getting all the marketing and promotion many people shopping there , how can people work there and be so ignorant and not so friendly Iam a mom and I went to shop with checks so this is the factor all moms get help with checks not ashamed to say it because its there for the kids to help nurture them and better growth in eating healthy so this person is a women West Indian which Im surprised because all West Indian people are so kind I had asked her what checks cover the breads she gave me such a horrible attitude mind u shes was on phone and working on job " quote only these 2 thats it " as if Im a bum please !! Give me a break Im a working mom same as u ! And your giving me attitude please as owners are Spanish and from the Caribbean please advise the people that work there to treat rising mothers and from the community a little more curtious and to be attentive with the people whom walk into there store u never know who is who Iam so upset well mor disappointed because I never knew that using checks was for lower standard custumers ? So we get treated different ???? How about ebt which is cash mine u buisness make double from the city on checks and ebt . I dont think i will ever walk in again until this is rectified .

Two sorts of people work in this place: a) Non-English speakers who are generally helpful and tend to work in the aisles b) English-speaking cashiers who just dont give an ass about the customers. I shop there three or more times a week and by far this place has one of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, even by New York standard. Today I was looking for an item and I asked one of the guys working in the aisle and he didnt seem to understand English at all. Then I asked one of the cashiers and the simple answer was I dont know with a face that screams, You should be lucky that you get to shop here. I swallowed a big gulp and left. If not for convenience, I would NEVER visit this store. My question to the the management: Can you find some people who actually want to work there? Or may they would be too expensive?

Horrible customer service! I lost an item in the store and the manager Yolanda or Jalonda was so rude. She did not take down my name nor my information for follow up. I trust this is not the way that Shop Fair Supermarkets wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I understand that you are under lease with Moda and have notified them of this matter. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from Mr. Rodriguez personally.

Due to its limited space, there are a few things missing that should be at a supermarket. Sometimes items are not priced, but the staff are extremely helpful, polite, and very accommodating. Which a lot of larger supermarkets lack.

I had no problem with this supermarket until this wannabe security tells me I have to check my bag, I told him I dont know him and he acts like no problem, I guess its no problem having me as a customer no more, just lost 1.
