Got some serious blackwork on my arm - from my shoulder down to middle of my forearm - done by Jake and touched up by Eddie. It was a two-inch thick straight line accentuated by two other lines, and man did he keep them straight all the way down. These guys are great tattooists and also fantastic people - i was back home in Toronto and couldnt come to HofF for the touch-up, and eddie, who was guesting at a parlor near town, did it there for free. Pro-quality work and standup unpretentious people - more than i could say about some other parlors in town. Recommended unconditionally.

Jake is amazing, and made my first tattoo experience fantastic (its a combination of Irish flowers and stonework that wraps across both shoulder blades, and down my arm, so its not a small piece). Hes a great artist, and a lot of fun to sit and BS with while hes working. He can do everything from classical nautical style to beautiful watercolor work, and takes a lot of pride in what he does. I know Ill get work from other people too, but Jake will always be my go-to. (yes, tattoos really are addicting)

i was in town for a week on business and looked around for a tattoo shop to get some new work done and settled on hand of fate and went down to the shop to set up an appointment with the artist. Did that and paid the downpayment and got a little card even. Called early on my appt. day to make sure that everything was good and it was. So after work i headed out to get it done and "the artist went out to dinner with his Girlfriend". I made the appointment 3 days in advance. fail.

Got work done here recently (late December 09). Chatted with most of the staff, and was inked by Chris. We came up with the design together based on some photographs, very interactive. Got a great deal on it too. Couldnt be happier with the results, I plan on going back for my next tattoo.

Artist was good (jake) but I told him I only wanted to spend between 100-140 and it was only wordin that said family above all. When he was done he said 150. How do you charge more than what I asked to spend and the tattoo is not even that big. Will not go back here overpriced
