We stopped here on a road trip with 2 babies in the backseat. I ran in to ask to use the ladies room while my husband stayed in the car with the kids. The older woman I asked hesitantly told me where to go. As I walked out of the store so my husband could run in and grab some drinks and snacks, the store clerk sarcastically "thanked me for using the facilities and maybe next time come back and buy something" I have NEVER witnessed such rude behavior from an customer service employee (from the first interaction no less) in my life and I was a manager at a inner city Rite Aid! My husband did end up going in and speaking with the manager about this but he over heard the clerk still being confrontational saying that if I wanted to fight ....etc. Im not sure what was going on with the employee in her personal life or what not to be so rude and unkind to a stranger at 11:00AM on a SUNDAY! Never will return to store....I will say when my husband entered the store to talk to the manager, the young girl profusely and immediately apologized for the interaction.
