Agreed that the pricing is reasonable and selection is good - customer service is lacking although seems par for the course on most big box liquor stores in the area. I called today to ask for the availability of only two wines and the woman on the phone seemed like I had asked her for the world. She did not know the answer to my question so instead she yelled to someone in the background - when I asked about the second she told me to hold on. I could still hear her while she talked as she did not put me on hold and she said "this guy has a whole list of wines he is checking on will you come over and help him" - there were a few other things said but the point was that it was in a very rude tone. Yet another story of poor customer service - it is amazing today that even decent customer service is considered great customer service because we are just used to being treated this way.

I have always been treated well in there. And theyve always helped me find the spirits I wanted by the gallon. They even still sold the alcohol to me when I was clearly buzzed (Which all booze sellers arent supposed to do. but probably did it anyway because I was still friendly and polite. And they were saintly in return.) The prices are the lowest Ive seen for the well spirits, like Barton Vodka is $13 a 1.75 Litre and Recipe 21 Gin is $15 for the same amount. The best whiskies Ive had was from their excellent well selection too like Kentucky Gentleman and Ten-High bourbon. But the waist high shelf and eye level shelf prices look about the same as anywhere else.

This place pretty much has it all. Good service, Im always in and out. This is right next to the university so Im sure they do great with the college kids. Its a little cluttered from the setup and the amount of inventory, but I dont think it really stood anyone from going to this location. All-in-all its everything I want from a liquor store. Good selection, easy to get in and out of, and affordable.

Liquor City advertises the lowest prices and that "never pay full price again" however when I made it clear that Liquor Square was cheaper they would only match an advertised price not a competitors everyday lower price, which only meant that Liquor City expected me to pay more not less. All the advertising is false, as this store was higher priced.

Stopped by to check if they stocked a product. Not once was I greeted, asked if I needed help. Upon exiting I passed by a few employees chatting at the registers - not one stopped to ask if I needed help,or even to say thanks for stopping by. My opinion - abysmal customer service.

Best selection of wine around (reason for 5 stars) however not impressive Ive tried calling in for certain wines and they are at a loss so I drive to Westchester or nyc but as upstate goes they are the best

Lady on the phone told me that they do not give out prices over the phone. Yeah, like Im going to waste my gas to drive out there to find out their bottles are not any cheaper than any where else!
