Disappointed in an expensive product and lack of customer service. I placed my order online from Australia for delivery the same day. It did not arrive & so I followed up with an email. No response. When advised by the recipient it had not arrived the next day it transpired I had supplied the incorrect address - which turned out to be non existent. I again emailed Dragonetti Bros/Mill Lane Florist advising the correct address and requesting confirmation that they could redeliver. Still no response. I finally, after several telephone call attempts which had been answered by an answering service requesting a pin number, managed to speak to someone. They advised the arrangement would be delivered that day. It was. However, the arrangement I chose was selected because of its striking nature and I also paid for the Deluxe version. It transpired that several of the components were missing from it as was the Birthday Balloon I had also paid for. I emailed again and never got a response. I would certainly not be using again or recommending their services. Customer service was non-existent and the product certainly turned out to be expensive for what I paid.

Flowers I ordered online and what I received were two different bouquets no matter what substitutions policies you have. There were some important details missing, which were a big selling point when i was choosing the arrangement. Since the manager wasnt in the store the same day staff thought it was ok just to hang up on me and the manager himself Charlie wasnt willing to work the problem out when he finally showed up in the store 3 days later. Attached below pictures of $66 bouquet that i ordered and what i received instead with not even an apology, not talking about a refund or at least any discount for future purchases.

My husband passed away unexpectedly, my best friend took on the job of ordering flowers. The funeral was in Brooklyn, she was from Long Island. She contacted your establishment and through texts with me, ordered a beautiful heart arrangement from his kids. When i walked into the funeral home, I saw the biggest arrangement of bright, vibrant multi colored flowers arranged in a heart on a stand. THANK you so much for putting so much love and care into that arrangement, it meant a lot. After the mass we had every guest pick some flowers from it......we wanted every one to enjoy them!!!

I have to say that my wife was the happiest person when she got this delivery yesterday 02/14/2017 on Valentine day especially I was away and I wanted to surprise her . We went through a lot recently from losing job , apartment and moving away . They delivered what they promised , great bouquet with nice note and colorful warping . Thank you for brining back the smile and the joy to her . Even though its just a flower but it meant a lot . Great place , highly customer service with nice attitude. Definitely recommended !!!

for Mothers Day i had a special request just to add a bow to my vase since my mother collects them every year .i called a total of 6 times was at first reassured someone would call me back before closing before the order was even put together received no call..called back first thing the next morning to be told on the second call that my order already went out..how disappointing..there is no extra attention given to the customerr!!

Ordered for next day and woke up to an email saying flowers had been delivered. I saw the flowers from a text from the recipient--just what I ordered! The flowers are beautiful. The price was great-- I got the deluxe. So abundant and beautiful. Thank you Dragonetti Brothers Florist & Garden Center. Ill definitely be back.

Flowers were delivered on time and they were Beautiful!! Dragonetti Brothers has never let me down their quality is always top notch and they are very professional. Everything from Weddings to Christmas trees, vegetables, plants, etc...They did my Wedding and everything was perfect. I would not shop or use anyone else!

Went to check out the newly renovated garden center over the weekend! The staff was extremely welcoming and incredibly helpful...i went in to buy my mother an arrangement for her birthday and she loved it! Definitely will be coming back in the Spring for my gardening needs...
