Went there for a decafé with three shots of mocha and whipped cream today, younger lady told me there was no more decafé ... how do you not have decafé made in a coffee shop. Seemed to me that She did not want to make more even though that is her job, So i told her I would wait. Then after she made my drink I took off the lid to see there was no whip cream, so I said excuse me but I asked for whipped cream. She told me that I did not ask for it and that she is supposed to charge me for whipped cream. Please explain to me after paying $5+ Dollars on a coffee how much you would like me to pay for the bad attitude and crappy service and dont forget the whipped cream.

Just found out that Starbucks agreed to phase out buying eggs from farms that use battery cages for chickens. I applaud this move and anxiously await news of a timeline put in place to actually implement this. Hopefully it will be months and not years. Consumer is King. We need to unite and boycott all factory farmed products. Misery for the animals. Unhealthy for us (80% of antibiotics produced go into our farm animals intended as food).

Drinks are always made incorrectly. Like today asked for two peach green teas with one extra pump of peach, for both drinks. I ended up with two peach black teas and no extra pump of peach. You cant even taste the peach and the black tea is gross with stuff floating in it. The people working look miserable and half of them are rude, with an attitude.

Starbucks is awesome, unlike the dunkin donuts junk everywhere. This location is inside A&P and isnt a full service Starbucks, but its the only good cup of coffee you can buy in the area.

Everytime I go, the employees are rude and dont know how to make a white mocha frappuccino they give you vanilla bean instead.
