If there were a zero rating, I would give it, so I am having to give this particular shop the lowest rating possible. In my previous observations of this establishment, I had witnessed how bad their customer service was with their customers. Since I don’t usually frequent this shop, I was hesitant to return because of how bad I noticed they treated a customer one day, but decided to give them a try. During another visit, a customer was standing to the right of the main counter by the candies, waiting about a ridiculous 10 to 15 minutes to be served. Until one of the guys working the night shift behind the counter finally told her they were not serving her. She had in her hands what seemed to look like a food voucher, (WIC)?. He laughed it off, along with all the other customers at the store after the woman stormed out. She was obviously irate at the fact that he noticed her there with her voucher, did not acknowledge her all that time. When he finally spoke to her, it was to turn her away. My thing is, if you see a customer waiting by your counter for such a long time, you would ask to help them. Dont make them wait, then turn them down. He could visibly see the vouchers in her hand. This is how they treat the customers that pay to keep their store open. Another observation, this staff does not bag your juices, nor water gallons, nor your 2 liter sodas. So, get ready to hawl all of those items on the top of your head if you need to walk back to a neighboring community. Be careful, because if you request a bag for your soda, milk or juice, the older woman behind the counter will get NASTY and refuse to give you a bag and turn you away. This seems to be their daily practice. So, if you’re tired of crappy customer service, overpriced hot/cold food trays that take forever for them to prepare, that extra 5-minute ride to Wawa is way more worth it since you will get better customer service, and quality food at decent prices. Also, the Shoprite is right behind the Wawa, which also has the best, prices and specials on canned and bottled goods. ##bettercustomerserviceequalshappycustomers ##notgoingbacktoonestopshoppe ##keepyourfrigginbag
