Its a monopoly because theres no competition within a few miles. They have high prices on some things. $13 on a medium sized bag of charcoal. Thats just ridiculous. If its busy you can have 6-7 orders in front of you. They dont increase enough cashiers during busy time. Other than that I think this can be a great store if they priced items like successful stores do that compete with other supermarkets. This place leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I now do most of my shopping in new york markets and fill my main freezer up.

Their employees are rude and embarissing never again SHOPRITE!!!! PLUS OVER PRICED and there salad bar is disgusting flys all over or birds flying all over the produce and I know for a fact half of the employees are on drugs Walmart and shop-rite from now no bums panhandling there NEVER AGAIN AND IF YOU WANT TUNA OR EGG SALAD THATS BEEB OUT ALK DAY WITH flies LANDING ALL OVER IT HAVE FUN plus when the electric goes out they sell that food half price

Don, the manager handled a disturbing situation at the store very well for me. He goes beyond the call of duty to ensure good customer service. I would like to give this store a 5 but I cant because the merchandise is over priced, especially for the low income neighborhood. Don is one of the reasons I do patronize this store but again the prices are too high. Don keep up the good work. I see you are trying to make a difference. Keep smiling

Expensive stop trying too do giveaways and 10 for 10 or buy 6 for a discount you wonder why wallmart and Aldi shoprite is killing you your prices and your prices or a noticeable 25% to 30% more then other acme stores when your in a small town with no competition.i treat our Acme as a convenience store because I prefer to go with the prices are low no matter how far I have to drive. Like I said if you guys want to survive lower your prices

Store is insanely overpriced. Even with there "deals" your still paying more then another store. I try to avoid Acme at all costs, especially this one. Didnt feel like traveling to another store so I stopped in to see if I could find something for Dinner, after going through a few aisles I left the cart in the frozen section and walked out. At there prices its cheaper to order in or grab something.

Prices to high, they have monopoliesd the town of brows mills by sighing a agreement with the township to not let any other stores in town, which gives them the right to charge higher prices, browns mills is not a rich town but pays more for there groceries then people in Princeton NJ,, that is rediculous,, what a bunch of crooks!! Dont give them the chance to get rich off of you,

Though this may seem like a low review, this is actually two stars higher than Id normally rate them. The staff is great. Unfortunately the prices are still ridiculous. However, we used to drive all the way to Medford to do our grocery shopping but now that this location is offering more vegan options, we are able to go much more frequently.

This is an awesome store, great prices, polite cashiers, clean also, well organized, and no store can beat their but one get one free, thank you ACME. Now if you only had a cigar store in it. Goodbye shoprite stop and shop and the others, its ACME for me.

Pros: Largest grocery store in town. Friendly people. Convenient location. Cons: Use their monopoly status in the small town to raise prices. You are better off going to a grocery store slightly further away to save money.

Today manager Don helped a handicapped lady get home. Over and beyond his job title. Trying to reach corporate to let them know about their grate employee but left on hold. Most of the employees are very nice and helpful

Weekly deals for 5.00, much better than before. Great 1.00 deals fruit and veggies on bag a buck weeks. Fried chicken is good and store is clean, only grocery store close by in town, glad its there.

They are really expensive. Just about everything is significantly higher priced than any other grocery store. The people are helpful and friendly even though it is the only grocery store in town.
