Stayed the night in West Plains while traveling recently. After a long, restless night I stopped into Walgreen’s to see if someone in the pharmacy could check my heart rate, as I was feeling very strange. The store manager (Dan Rulan (sp?) directed me to the pharmacist (Kim) who listened to my concerns and offered to take my blood pressure and heart rate. Dan also offered to look up the Walgreen’s locations along the route we were traveling if I wanted to stop and have them checked again at a later time. Meanwhile, Kim got me checked out - everything was normal. We discussed the possibility that I may have been experiencing something like an anxiety attack (I was under a tremendous amount of stress at this time) and some ways to help me relax. Both Kim and Dan went above and beyond expectations. I really appreciate their help and the excellent service provided.

Ive often walked into the store to see their management team having sales rallys in a huddle with their GM. The store is always clean, staff friendly and products always high quality. Friendly pharmacy but always busy. Not so busy I go elsewhere but notably busy. Clean bathroom.

Two separate days drove 30 miles to pick up son Rx pharmacy closed! Contacted corp off. Third time they said they didnt have it! I called doctors office while in Walgreen, then they said oh yes we actually do have it! WOW

Terrible service. Three times the pharmacist has not shown up on Sunday. Hold time on phone is always 15 minutes. Came in after they text and say the prescription is ready only to find out it isnt ready!
