Clean and prompt Starbucks experience - Shaun, the manager has a nice note on the counter encouraging people to introduce themselves. Thats good marketing, but whats more impressive is that he was 6+ feet away when I told the cashier I had a question (a comment she missed while making notes on my cup). He didnt miss it and made sure my question was answered. The cashier was just doing the typical Starbucks multi-tasking and I didnt feel slighted anyway. Service was great. Wifi is typical ATT and seems to cause issues with my VPN. Am looking forward to Google taking that over.

When I initially walked up to the counter to place my order, SIX employee were standing at the register and decided to finish their conversation before even acknowledging I was present. Then it seemed to be a "not it" mentality over who would take my order. The abundance of staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves, talking about getting off work, what they will do with said time off, who didnt get last break and should therefore leave early, etc....than they did without considering, much less providing, basic customer service. Ridiculous. Skip this location.

I love Starbucks coffee! This store is always busy, and consistently out of my favorite products. I want to give it 5 stars for food and beverage quality, but the bad service and inability to meet my expectations of getting there and getting what Im craving bought it down a lot. Ive been told the district manager handles local stock inventory... it seems that person needs to better manage this store and its supply.

Normally I go in and they make what I want perfectly, but today they definitely did not. The guy who was working or the girl with the blue hair (not sure which one) put chocolate syrup/ fudge in my white hot chocolate, and it was nasty. I have never gotten that in my drink, and I never asked for it. It tasted nothing like the other white hot chocolate drinks I have received, and I was not happy about that.

This location is a great Starbucks! I rarely go in but when I do the service is the same as the drive thru, fantastic! Starbucks is overpriced so know that before going. But if you want to splurge on a 5-7 dollar latte or frappuccino, my first recommendation would be this Starbucks. Never too busy so you can sit inside or meet with someone easily.

How do you run out of almond milk and coconut milk before 5pm on a Sunday? You would think that you would have more than enough of a main ingredient to last through the day. Also the dining room was filthy. Piles of trash were in corners and under booths. How can you sell a cozy atmosphere with such filth? I wont even mention the speed of service.

The past year this location at 1877 Wentzville Pkwy was great NOT NOW. In drivethru today for 31 minutes!! At $15-20 per day which I spend, this is not acceptable. The boy at the window was VERY RUDE I will take my $7300 minimum annual business to the Starbucks in Target across the lot. They maintain expected standards

I stopped here recently and was the only customer inside the store. There were a few cars in the drive thru. Three employees were working behind the counter. No one greeted me or asked to help me as I waited for at least three or four minutes. I started to think I would have gotten coffee faster in the drive thru.

Definite lack of urgency for both inside & drive thru customers. Im not sure Ive ever seen a group of individuals move that slowly. Your inside line is to the door, your drive thru line (overflow) is wrapped around several cars deep onto the main street. Deplorable. Good coffee once I finally obtained it.

Too often this location has a major hiccup in their morning. Today it seemed to girls were working the entire place, two others stood around and didnt seem to be doing much of anything. The drive-thru line was wrapped onto the street and the inside was packed. 14 minutes for a cup of coffee, ridiculous!

All the beverages are the same amount of coffee and diluted with water or milk or whatever. Staff is nice most of the time but if you arent sure what flavors they have they dont have the patience to give you a recommendation. They spell your name wrong on purpose for self promotion.

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever known. Ive gone at all times of day/days of week, and the drive up speed is ridiculous. Usually minimum 10 min wait, and not that their that busy, just slow! They need to train on how to speed up service but still make quality drinks!

This is pretty much like other Starbucks although the last 2 or 3 times I have been there it has taken a long time to get our order. Not really anyone to clean up so it isnt unusual for tables to be dirty. Doesnt stop from me going but they could use another employee or two.

Of all of the Starbucks in the St.Louis area, this one is my absolute favorite! I have never received any rude service and the coffee is always perfectly made. I will drive out of my way to return to this Wentzville Starbucks just to have them make my coffee. Great job!

Most overall my americono quid hazelnut 2% iced is made at 100% . But to day they forgot hazelnut and 2%. Went in side they added my hazelnut and 2% something went wrong. Still not right. I will still go back tomorrow.

This Starbucks was crowded because of the buy one get one deal going on last week. Normally it isnt so crowded. Friendly service and it was pretty fast getting our drinks considering there were so many people ordering.

This Starbucks is fast and friendly but when I visited the drink pick up counter needed a little attention. There were no napkins in the dispenser and several straw wrappers scattered around.

It will do, but not my favorite Starbucks. The staff is overwhelmed, and the cafe is crowded. But the POS barista offered me a friendly smile nonetheless, and my drink was made just right.

I love getting Starbucks because the coffee is amazing just yesterday I got a Smores Frapachino and I adored it. I think that starbucks sign looks somewhat like a mermaid.

I go almost every morning for my wife, and take our dog and they always give her what they call a puppy whip. Just whipped cream in a cup. Very friendly staff.
