They guys are evil. They sold me car that I bought for work (UBER). They told me if I had issues to came back and see them. The next day the TAXi commission told me I couldnt use that car because it was a model Sport. When I came back all of them pretended as if they dont know me. Mainly because they were making 14k on the car they over charged me on with a 16% APR. to get me approved they lied to the lender and didnt mention about what I was using the car for just to get me approved. After they rejected taking back the car, they tried to scare me by calling on of their buddy county cop to hang close to their shop, just visible enough to scare this black customer. (What a cheap dirt racist move) All they saw was a black person in whome they thought they took advantage of. To solve my problem, I contacted the lender and told them that I was using the car for UBER and within senconds the lender terminated the contract. The dealer made up fake documents on my employment just to get approved. After the lender contacted them, I was able to get my traded car back and got out in one peace. Only leaving Agnry faces behind wondering how I managed to pull it off. Since then,I have reported them to the BBB and a few other media outlets. Folks especially, Black people, be very careful about theses devious guys when financing car. If this happens to you... contact the lender to verify the information on your loan application please. Do not believe the reviews on here they are all staged. Pay attention to the reviews from " Google User" all about Nick to himself! Lies, lies and lies!!!! Messing Harding working peoples lives!!!!!

I bought a vehicle today ago and I just want everybody to know I am 100% fully satisfied. They worked hard for me and went that extra mile for me when no other dealership would. Nick Farace is the man. He and the rest of the team separated themselves went above and beyond and for that I will always be grateful. My thanks and gratitude goes out to the cross keys auto team. Nick his assistant, the Finance Manager the whole team is just AWESOME.. They have some fantastic cars and some AWESOME deals and Great Quality Cars on their lot go up and check them out. they never hesitate to assist if you call with a question or concern. This is really refreshing. Once the car is sold most of the time the niceness goes out the window this is not the case with this team. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I walked into Cross Keys Auto at the close of business on a Saturday only expecting to browse the lot to see what I may be interested in. Once I arrived, I immediately asked for Nick because I was referred to him, he went over how their program works for individuals with troubled credit and immediately took an application on me. After being denied by several banks I finally was approved. Needless to say I walked in to browse the lot and left in a 2011 Chrysler 200 all in the same short time period. Nick is a great, upfront and honest guy so if you are ever in the need of purchasing a new to you nice looking, reliable, affordable car then stop by Cross Keys Auto and ask for NICK.
