I generally dont buy clothing at thrift stores because I take a large size and rarely find anything that works for me....as a result I cant really speak to the clothing prices at this store. Having said that, as to the rest of their lines they are HORRIBLE on pricing. I went there just to check yesterday, to see if anything had changed...it had...for the WORSE!!! I found a cute plate, bowl and cup set...it was marked $9.95!!!! I know they supposedly aid disabled Vets, but cmon!!! My late husband was a 20 year Army Vet plus there are several other career military members in my family as well as a good half dozen who served but didnt make a career of it....its pretty sad when a career Vets widow cant afford to shop in a thrift store that is supposedly meant to serve Veterans!!!! They should be ashamed of the "gouging" prices they charge!!! Other thrift stores in the area dont price their items like that!!! Theyre having a "half off" sale soon....even at half off their prices are higher than the other thrift stores!!!

Patience is you friend here and shop the sales colors listed on the marquee. I bought 9 tops here Dress Barn, Anne Taylor, Anne Klein and Talbots for $4.50. I got my grown Son three pairs of pants,American Eagle, Eddie Bauer and Mountain Khakis for $6.75 total. The Mountain khakis were new and sell for $90 retail. 50 cent Sunday is fabulous but dont shop with a man or kids. You have to go through the racks garment by garment. It helps if you have a girlfriend who will work the other side of a rack as you go down and you will be passing stuff back and forth that are in that 50 cents pricing. I also got 4 pairs of jeans for $2. I was in the store 30 minutes tops.50 cent Sundays!!! On Sunday top color is 50 cents, 2nd 50% off and third 25% off! And Support our Disabled Veterens!

I went here today with my mom, my 8yr old niece, and my 1yr old son. I found some good deals and barely worn clothing. BUT in the middle of our shopping a completely inappropriate song came on. It was The Things Your Man Wont do by Joe. The song from beginning to end is detailed and sexual. In the middle of the song he sings "Ill make your body cream with my sex machine. I wont stop until I hear your mother scream" and that not even the half of the vulgarity. Yeah... It was bad. And the song was not edited one bit. Not exactly something I want to listen to with my family. I think they should be a little more careful with their music choices. It was playing really loud too. Dont expect a family friendly environment at this place. 0 class. 1 star.

I dunno why this store has such bad reviews. I went there today and EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. Even when I wandered into an off limits part of the store, they were very nice about it. I also found a GREAT deal on an armoire and desk. The girl that helped me was REALLY friendly, as was the lady who checked me out, even offering the services of a friend to help me pick up the items I bought. Yes, I do agree that SOME items seemed over priced, but some were ridiculously cheap, which made the think, it was an inexperienced person doing the pricing. Not an attempt to gouge the public...

There was a female and male manager working when I went. The male was "helping me" he was very rude, inattentive, kept talking to others while checking me out. I had to ask 3 times "whats the total???????" im sure this wont happen to everyone, but that left a bad taste in my mouth and I sure wont be going back to this one again, its pricey for a thrift shop to begin with but when the employees themselves arent interested in being there, why would I want to give business to somewhere that doesnt really care? thats right! I wouldnt. Happy shopping :) (elsewhere)

i have been to the olive store and breckenridge one,i never find much,i look for sale" colors,the people are very nice...the prices seem high...i don`t look at clothes,shoes ...only misc. electrical...house wares. out of approx.50 visits to breck. store,only scored a "good find "once~

Im giving 5 stars purely based on comparing Red Racks to other thrift stores. Its far more inviting and at times you forget youre in a thrift store because of how they style and decorate inside. I found a brand new 12 foot cane pole and a slingshot for $4 total so Im a happy camper!

They are charging new prices for old busted up toys and fish tanks. Someone needs to step in and stop this. It is an insult to veterans. In addition to this they have removed the bathrooms for public use so taling you kids shopping with you is a bad idea.

Cheap place to go to yes but the quality is bad they give you stinky dirty clothing that has not been washed the manager doesnt like to do refunds and a thief works in the back stealing from the thrift store and steals whatever you say down so be careful.

They have a great selection of clothing and other wares. They always have a sale going so sign up for the rewards program. Im a size 16 and I found 5 pairs of jeans that fit very well on me. Another time I found a wet/dry vac and for it for $8!

Great sales and variety. Unfortunately the cashiers and other workers are extremely rude and always seem bothered when you have questions or need assistance with anything. The loading guys in the back room are great and helpful though.

I highly reccomend shopping at the Red Racks in Breckenridge hills! The store is organized, the prices are decent, and the workers their are always polite and helpful. be sure to come inside on sale days!

Even if you find something, it is usually way overpriced. Many used items are price at or above full retail as new. Do they not understand what "thrift store" means?

Good selection. Some of their stuff is a little too used for the asking price but they do have good sales and text alerts. Not too bad for a resale shop.
