The guys working were really friendly and since we hadnt been there before, explained exactly how everything worked. The food, for us, was meh at best - everything was very salty, provolone cheese requested on the Philly was a sauce that tasted nothing like provolone (I was trying to avoid a sauce like cheez wiz), pulled pork and Philly meat didnt have much flavor other than black pepper. The guy who helped us did later explain that in the future we could request that slices of cheese be melted on the sandwich, rather than getting it as a sauce. The onion rings were good but had a ton of salt and pepper on them (I had to scrape it off). The table was really sticky but I just got used to it. The highlight for me was definitely the Ace Pear Cider.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Food was too expensive for what youre getting. My fiance and I each had a sandwich and we got an order of fries to share. My roast beef sandwich was pretty tasteless except for the spicy peppers on it. Her cuban was somewhat dry and didnt really have any pork flavor. They seemed to be way over staffed with what seemed like inexperienced kids. Also, they were not cleanly at all. Every single batch of fries and onion rings were tossed in the same bowl with the same oil and seasoning..despite there being clean bowls on the shelf to use. Tables and counters were dirty. None of the staff was cleaning up after guests left. Just saw a lot off standing around. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else in town.

My boyfriend and I LOVE the meet market in white bear lake. We often make the 45 min drive for our favorite Italian club sandwich. We figured we would try the stillwater location today and the quantity and quality of food does not compare. Our sandwich usually has so much meat and toppings its to big to even bite into. Not the case here. One peice of each kind of meat and maybe 10 shreds of lettuce. And the "peppers" I asked for were more like a side of pepper seeds. Disappointed and will only be returning to the white bear lake location.

Great sandwiches, $3 beer. If we are looking for quick meal out, this is my first choice, and the kids are in as well as long as I promise them cheese curds. The beet salad is fantastic as well, but I almost always get the limited time burger/sandwich option. Also, great fish and chips if it is available. Did I mention $3 tap beer all the time? The staff has always been exceptional as well.

Reception Desk

Our office orders lunch from the Stillwater Meet Market a couple times a week. It is the only thing in the office everyone can agree on. Consistently good. Never been let down. Chad is super friendly, the rest of the staff dont really interact with customers to well it seems, but Chad makes up for it. Keep up the good work guys! Foods delicious. Cant see myself every not eating from Meet Market!

Awesome locally sourced food! Staff is great and the food is just as great. You pay a little more, but youre getting quality ingredients vs. pink slime :D. Cant say enough about this place! Support local businesses! PS: Bring back Fish and Chips ;-) --- Maybe one Friday a month.. come on, no one in town comes close!

The food was OK, but the employees goofed off the whole time and the music was too loud. Good music, but seriously- figure out how to turn it down. Also, it is NOT vegan friendly if youre wondering. They only had fries and the ketchup we were given had bacon in it.

The food is fantastic and prices are reasonable. Portions are generous. A few craft brews and a cider on tap offer a good selection. An ipa, amber, pear cider and one other were available at the time for only $3 a pint.

Meet was under cooked. Payed 11 bucks for a double cheese burger. Dont even get fries have to pay separate. To get a good burger and some fires go across the street to Culvers. Our go to Gormans.

The food tastes good. However, portions are too small for the prices that they charge. I wont be returning anytime soon. $16.50 for a small sandwich and onion rings is ridiculous.

Food is acceptable, felt like i could have gotten a philly cheesesteak of the same quality from steak escape as a combo for just over 10 bucks. Just wouldnt bother going again.

The food was awesome as was the service. They were fairly busy and did a wonderful job. I had so much food I couldnt eat it all. The portions are huge! Well worth the price.

Ordered a Deluxe Burger and Fries. It was actually like pictures you see on billboards of advertised burgers. Burger was bigger than the bun. Was delicious.

Pretty hit and miss. Expensive for what you get in any case. You are better off going to the Culvers across the street.
