This is a great place! I was extremely impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the people who work there. I know NOTHING about tea, and the ladies there helped me out when I went to but Christmas gifts for some people. I was able to try some free samples, and found that even if I wasnt crazy about the flavor, it was well done. The prices are probably high compared to other teas, but its a fun treat and worth checking out.

The Store is nice, one star. The people are nice, another star. The tea is ok. But the prices are trying to kill you. The prices are not easy to figure out. They have a tag on them somewhere and then it is for a weight measurement that it doesnt say. I foolishly paid 45 dollars for half a pound of tea. I will never shop there again and I recommend Cub foods as a great alternative.

Part tea part koolaide. Staff has little knowledge saying things like you "burn" teas not over brew them to get the bitter taste.
