Although trade in prices are low, there seems to be a consistant changing availability of overstocked and previously overpriced clearance collectibles(even some under $1). The location does feel cramped with pillars of merchandise added to the general floor overflowing with merchandise. Be careful walking between pillars as merch can catch and fall off. I can see this as a place that would be difficult to navigate if you have a mobility disability.

Associates here are always helpful. They are happy to talk about the games, give opinions, and offer suggestions. Good variety of products, kept orderly. While I stood waiting for my husband, an associate handed me a coupon for an extra $5 for trade-ins. I asked about a coupon from their flyer with extra trade in value and they said they could stack the $5 on top of it. Didnt mind going back for that when the coupon effective date started.

Mitch is great...he really knows what he talking about gaming wise and is extremely helpful. My boyfriend goes there all the time and for his birthday I called to ask about a game for him. Mitch pointed me towards the right direction and even made sure to tell me to use my BFs gamestop loyalty discount. Mitch is a keeper.

well first off there isnt a problem with the staff. I just have to say. if you walk into this store you have already made your second mistake. your first one was buying a console. do yourself a favor and get a pc. You wont have to leave your house anymore for games.

The staff here is amazing and always helpful, the store location is a little out of the way, and the store is a little more cluttered than others in the area. I dont feel like this is a problem with the employees there, they seem to be understaffed.

Every time Im in there, I feel like theyre a friend I know who happens to work at a gamestop. They always know what theyre talking about, and arent afraid to share their honest opinion of a game. So pleasant to visit.
