If I could do no stars, I would. I drove an hour to krispy Kreme this afternoon with my grandmother to get a couple dozen of doughnuts. The lady told me they do not carry the maple glazed I asked for, which is understandable, its not her fault. Then I asked for iced coffee, she told me they do not have any. I asked her if they ran out, and she said no they had shift change so its going to be awhile. I said okay and asked her how long, she then sighed and told me about 20 minutes. 20 minutes for coffee!

Fun experience! We were in the Troy area so we went to Krispy Kreme did some donuts. We were going to eat one there and then take a couple home for tomorrow. It was about 9 pm when we got there. It sure was busy for that hour. We finally understood the crowd - the sign was lit up, which means anyone that comes in gets a free fresh donut. They take it right off the conveyer belt - giving you a fresh hot delicious donut. Fun experience!

I walked in with my family when the"hot sign was on thinking we were going to get a sample and was ignored. Then after my mother purchased something a worker came over to have us a sample and was stopped. The manager said we received our already, we had not. She couldnt even tell us to our face, she sent someone over. The kids were so disappointed.

These are some of the best donuts Ive ever tried. One good thing is also a bad thing. They dont mass produce a ton of donuts at a time so they run out often. However when the light is lit, you know your going to get a great treat. I love the raspberry stuffed or apple fritter but if there out, the original glazed is a solid backup.

Nothing beats a fresh Krispy Kreme off the line, still warm from the oven, so dont settle for the stale Krispy Kremes at the gas station or grocery store. Trust me its worth going out of your way for. My personal favorite is chocolate glazed donuts. Dont forget to stop in for a free regular glazed donut when the sign is lit.

The doughnuts and coffee are to die for-as always with Krispy Kreme. I wish there were more locations in Michigan. Only downside is that the employees are not friendly here at this location, unfortunately.
