Terrible Id give them less stars or a lower rating if I could. The owner is useless to the company. All the food is upcharged cakes from Sams club that they let stay open and dry out. Also some how one dessert I had was, well slimmy? If you hate yourself this is the place to go. High rating are probably the owner or her friends. She was on social media while I waited for service for ten minutes while the place was basically empty. Besides two kind people there I believe because of the loyalty or language barrier. Anyways go over to Al-Bos bakery and resturaunt. All the Bosnian food and skilled pastry making you love with out the poor service and dessert out of boxes, also its just around the corner from my place and I stop in for cake almost every other week.

Good coffee, but they never seem to know whats on their menu. It will be placed on the menu on their counter and they will still not know what the coffee is. So they will make you something else that you didnt order instead and still charge you. The paninis are amazing! Always fresh and delicious! Atmosphere is good. The cafe keeps with its name and seems to have a very diverse staff and customer population, which makes it really cool. However! Depending on who is working, you could either have great or terrible customer service. Both very extreme so watch out.

Well, I had a rather unpleasant experience. Got referred by a friend so I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. When picking up the cake, the price was increased by $5 from the date I placed the ordered. They were unwilling to correct their mistake and honor the price. Not the right way to treat a new customer. The cake itself was not that good either. Very dry, not worth the $30 I paid for it. Will never order from them again and will tell my friends to stay away.

I used to go there a lot and everytime I go there I usually buy the whole cake to bring it home they used to make good cakes but lately there not the last one I bought soon as I came home I had to throw out on trash because it was too old.

Deceiving name, theres nothing Parisian about the pastry served here. Although the cakes were good , my taste of their version of a Napoleon would surely make a Frenchman cuss. Nice cafe it seemed to hang out but dont expect French pastry.

Traditional Bosnian cakes and pastries. Simply the best in town. They are the most authentic and home-made-like cakes and pastries you will ever try. Beats the dry and tasteless pastries you buy at the store any day, any time.

Great little desserts, the ladies that waited on me were so pleasant and willing to answer any question about the menu. Where else in Grand Rapids can you get a Napoleon, Cappuccino, and a great environment for $6? A true gem!

We love this place. It is like you have travelled to Europe for coffee and pastry without the jet lag. They also make amazing birthday cakes for a very reasonable price. I go here as much as I can.

Great place to grab dessert after visiting El Arriero. Fantastic sweets, good coffee, great prices. Best public toilet paper Ive ever experienced. Bam!
