I have been a frequent visitor for the last year or two and as a african american woman I feel like the managers treat Blacks so much different than other races....As a member they allow all other races to walk into the VIP without seeking out the membership pass they also charge certain members for private events(blacks) and its a proven fact......They also have a manager name Deon that has made some disrespectful remarks to some black customers and he is bla k himself. ..I just wish that they wouldnt treat blacks the way that they do because the owner is the best and im sure he dont know whats really going on in LACASA.....PLEASE DONT SUPPORT LACASA SPEND YOUR

Omg La Casa have to be the Best Cigar Bar in Detroit maybe Michigan period. Definitely have the Best Bartenders hands down. Bartenders like Courtney, Anna, Jabria, Dionne, Erin, and Jody. Always know how to make someone feel like home, or family. Plus make the Best Drinks in town. All you have to do is tell them what mood are you in and they can handle the rest. 5 Stars with no doubt. Cant forget retail with Saiida, Sean, Zach. All know their Cigars. I have nothing but a positive vibe whenever I come down to La Casa Cigars and Lounge.

I was out Saturday night and got refused service by COURTNEY because she had an attitude. She also convinced the rest of the staff to deny me service as well. It was my first time coming there and will be my last. The manager was super rude and I felt DISRESPECTED. Courtney shouldnt be in the service industry if she cant get her attitude in order. I will not recommend you going to this place at all.

I love LaCasa !!!! The staff makes you feel at home! Jabria, Anna, Jodi, Courtney, Erin and Saiida take their time with each customer giving you the feeling of visiting family. Not patronizing a business. The professionalism is top notch and the service is world class!!! Id recommend everybody stop in and have one of Courtneys Chocolate Martinis or an Anna Special! Youll thank me later!!!

The music is always great here, the servers are really friendly, theres a huge selection of cigars and people are always happy and friendly when they patronize this place. The patrons are really what makes this place great. Its diverse and laid back, people come in dressed to the 9s or in jeans. Its so relaxed. 5 stars.

I always have a great experience when I come to la casa and Courtney is the best bar tender. I enjoy everyones company at the bar all of the tenders are A1. Its a great vibe and a great atmosphere if your looking for any bar to go to La Casa is the place to be. Live band good DJ just over all good entertainment.

I love the this place!! Courtney Is my fav bartender I only come when shes here. Her drinks are amazing and she always make sure the drinks are to my liking. You can enjoy great live music and have a cigar while your at it. They even have a special ladies night on Tuesdays where ladies get $8 martinis!

I frequent La Casa quit often. The atmosphere, music, and bartenders are great. When visiting I always ask for Courtney. Her Side Car is the best in the city. When wanting to have a great time with friends with and awesome drinks visit La Casa and ask for Courtney. You wont be disappointed!

I dont go out to a bar often, but when I do I go to La Casa. The main reason is Courtney. She has always been attentive, courteous, and professional. Her dirty martini is Great! I love that they have live music. All in all, I would highly recommend La Casa to anyone.

All of the staff is absolutely lovely. The humidor is always changing for a fresh selection. One of my favorite bars to go to during the week after work. Very relaxed atmosphere. Please be sure to go on mondays and ask for the "Anna special". You wont be disappointed!

There is a waitress named Courtney that refused service to me and some of my coworkers. She was very rude as was the manager, and it was simply embarrassing. I am really considering reporting this place to the BBB. Would not recommend to anyone, ever

Great selection of cigars. I travel all over the US, and they have sticks such as the Macunudo Vintage that most places dont carry. Friendly bartenders. The only thing thats challenging about visiting is finding a good parking spot. .

Great place to hit after a Lions game....Unless cigar smoke repulses you. This is a true cigar bar. And they make a decent Old Fashion.
