I feel bad for the employees, as it is clear that they are understaffed. The shelves are somewhat organized, but not necessarily stocked well. The isles are littered with items that are on the floor, or empty / full boxes of items that havent been put onto shelves yet. Its almost like a free for all in there. If you are hoping to shop with a cart, you are better off leaving the cart in the main isle because it is nearly impossible to navigate through the store with a cart because of all of the items on the floor. The employees were friendly and helpful at checkout, but they clearly need additional help to manage the inventory.

I knew this place was a good place to look for cheap stuff, but I had a very negative experience here. It was a busy day and there were several customers, but only two cashier lanes were open. I ended up waiting forever because there were issues with the computer that no employees seemed to know how to handle. Then as I was checking out my items the cashier told the woman behind me that she was closing her lane (even though there was only one other one open, and there was a long line!) I dont understand how that is appropriate. The only reason this is not 1 star is because i did find what I was looking for at a cheap price.

If you dont mind wading through disorganized piles of merchandise here and there, you can find great deals! Just dont assume prices are automatically lower for everything, and if the manager is required for any trouble checking out... good luck! The selection of items and types of items, parking, and hours are huge pluses for this location!

Such a neat place to shop for a large variety of items like spices, socks, art supplies, chocolate, energy drinks and electronic gadgets. A lot of the brands are premium ones and the prices are much lower than the competition. Always find pleasant surprises and good customer service when I go. Check it out, Waltham and surrounding areas.

Great prices on food and spices and most housewares, but the toiletries are limited in selection and cheaper elsewhere. I bought a dresser here on sale and am super happy with it and with customer service. Selection changes constantly, so its a surprise each time, but thats why its called "adventure shopping."

Even while busy, the employees were extremely friendly here. An employee, I think named Mark, was running around helping everyone find what they needed. Then Larry the cashier was very personable. The store was a little messy, but stocked with all sorts of great deals. I will definitely be returning.

Two words: SO DISORGANIZED! Im surprised i could find my way out once i was in. I was admittedly here a couple years ago and havent been back since, but i havent been back because of my experience. Things were just piled on shelves, no rhyme or reason to any bin. Complete sensory overload!

The people here are extremely friendly and helpful. It also helps that the prices are great, especially if you are an Ocean State Job Lot insider. Keep in mind that this is discount shopping, kinda like Marshalls or TJ Maxx so things can get a little messy.

It is difficult to find things and the aisles are blocked with boxes. Even if that were not the case the aisles are not wide enough. It is also difficult to find help.

Lots of brand name products for cheap. Wish I had stocked up on herbs and spices here instead of buying elsewhere. They also have some clothing as well.
