Used to be a nice place to go to shop, hang out with friends or kill time when there was nothing else to do. Now with most of the good stores gone and the empty space they created not replaced with another business and a near non existent food court, itll be a matter of time before Eastfield Mall becomes an after thought much like the Springdale Mall across the street (yes there was a mall there back in the days) and Fairfield Mall in Chicopee. If it wasnt for the fact that I have to pay a cell phone bill monthly, I probably wouldnt even set foot in the place and I live less than a mile from it. Sad

Its sad to see this mall on such a decline. There is very low occupancy with two of its 3 anchor stores gone (Macys & J.C. Pennys) and Sears will soon be gone too. The City of Springfield has plans to renovate this mall in time for the new MGM Casino in 2 years. In all honesty Id rather the 10 minutes from the MGM Casino location to the Holyoke Mall at Ingleside than the 30 minutes of awful traffic to this far from enticing location. On the plus side Mykonoss which is one of just a few food vendor in the food Court and Donovans Irish pub are the gems of this location.

This place ended itself when they started with the age discrimination, they will never come back. It didnt feel great getting harassed by security to show an ID to prove we werent 16 shopping alone when we were 25 buying work clothes for our adult profressional lives. We are now early 30s and think its a total joke you expect our business, or our childrens. Were done with you eastfield mall, might as well tear rhe place down. Any businesses in there that are smart will go across the street to haymarket square like others are!

Shawna the manager at fye movie stores is a real Jerk she thinks shes better than anyone and acts extremely rude when asked a question about anything the other day I returned something that was defective and it was used, she looked at me with ugly look on her face. Also she sais that their own coupons can only be used when printed out which is a lie you just have to show them on your phone just like in Holyoke. Dont shop there when ignorant Shawna is working what a real head case she is. FYE store

I grew up in Springfield so I have a lot of history here. I would come to this mall to hang out with my high school friends, even long after we graduated. It has changed a lot over the past 12 years. Department stores have left so naturally less people visit here now. The movie theatre is always popping . I came here to watch Star Wars six months ago and it was packed! I wouldnt eat here though, the restaurants at the food court arent that good.

The mall seems to be dying. While the reasons could be debated to why that is. I give it the rating that I have because from the perspective of a shopper the mall never inovated or attempted to do anything to grow and keep up with the times. The carnival was more of a traditional thing to host, not an active effort to add more to the mall. Good mall, and a lot of fond memories. I just think it could have been managed a lot better.

The mall has done a good job too save itself but there are several clothes stores. Its mostly Urban shoe places and some services. It has a nice movie theater and Old Navy. The food selection has dropped but there is still a 99 Restaurant. It has a great little paint store where you can do paint parties and buy some not too expensive artwork.

Doing their best to kill off Peoples of Color from coming their so they can change the entire Mall into High In Store due to being located near,Ludlow, Sixteen Acres, and Wilbraham. A great mall for a quick shop. However, with stores constantly closing and business slowing, the mall is getting to be a bit of a no show. From a medeokor food court, having 2 of its 3 anchor stores in shutters, and overall quality goes down. Its tough to see this mall surviving for more than 10 years

Dying mall at the edge of Springfield. OK movie theater, decent FYE, decent video game store. Sad to see the state it is in. I remember when there was a Waldenbooks there. I remember even further back when there was a Caldor there. They need new stores as they have whole sections effectively empty.

Ive been coming here a long time and enjoy looking around at all the different stores. I love the convenience of not having to drive far to enjoy the movie theater. Also I love fye, hot topic, and the Shoe dept. Alot of times they have good sales going on which helps when you have kids.

Grew up with this mall so maybe Im a little nostalgic, but this mall has got enough to keep you entertained for the better part of an afternoon. Love the movie theater prices and the fact that its connected to the mall itself. Shops vary in price and quality, but overall good.

A variety of shops and restaurants, and theaters too at Eastfield Mall. Old Navy is there and there is Wine and Canvas too it is fun and an enjoyment to have painting and wine together in one event. Wine and Canvas was a lot of fun. You have to reserve the day and time.

Its an OK place to go to shop The only thing is that when its time for the Holidays there Santa is not only scary but hes is also mean The second year my daughter was trying to say Hello to Santa and he just ignored her and continued talking to some one else

There are very few stores left. The only anchor store left is Sears and I wonder how much longer that will last. Unless a major store comes into the mall it will close. Sad I remember when it was the only mall and always busy with lots of stores and people.

Its a mall, theyre doing the best they can given the arrival of Amazon. Theres a decent amount of stores but most of the branded retailers have closed shop. Theres an Old Navy, fye, some shoes stores, Hot Topic, a Sears, and then it gets a little weird....

Not the biggest or best, but a clean, convenient mid-sized mall with the usual shops (Old Navy, Bath & Body Works), a great dollar store, and an affordable movie theater (you cant beat $5 Movie Tuesdays). The food court could use a better selection.

Super upset.. I woke up early to get here by nine as my ride in the bus is one hour.. I get here and the mall is open except for the stores it does not make sense at all. If youre going to open at 9am make sure your stores are open at 9am as well.

Its a nice indoor local mall. As of this date they have a 16 screen theater, an FYE and a Sears. The food court is a real winner with a great mall Chinese place, an awesome gyro place and an Irish themed bar attached as well.
