We ordered Sofa and a recliner which are in Dark Green color after checking display stock. Next day what they delivered are in Dark brown. Here comes the funny part, I called the store to check what happened and this is what staff explained me "Sir, due to lights that we have in store sofa seemed to be Dark green but when you take it out to Sun light it will appear Dark brown." I had no words after hearing that hilarious reply. Still wondering how many things from store would transform colors. FYI - This store doesnt deliver and you have to deal with third party which they recommend for shipping. If for some reason you have to return stuff (like color transformation that happened in my case) you have to pay out of your pocket to get it back to store and replace. Advice - Check with store staff and ensure color what you picked will stick, because as per the guy whom I spoke, when you get your stuff exposed to Sun, black might become Yellow and White might become Red.

BLACK FRIDAY RIDICULOUS Maneger sent 2 cashiers to the hospital black Friday there were 4 long lines.(imo due to ignoring cashier) WHY WOULD THAT Male managers were ignoring the cashiers calls...smh Saw a short man with tattoos who works there hiding A tall depressed disheveled looking guy look over from the couch area he was gabbing with another tall lanky guy ignoring cashier as well. They did not come over till 10! MINUTES after EMT people arrived smh The EMPLOYEE CALLED 911????¡¡¿

I have supported this store since it opened. I went in to get some pepto bismol. There was about 4 shelves full of them all expired and separated. I looked through every bottle trying to find a good one. Couldnt. Brought one to the manager telling her every one was expired and she said "its under new management" and complained about me leaving a few on the ground. About 8. They should all be in the trash. You cant sell expired medicine.

Big Lots has come a long way since it became well known in the area. Offering a vast variety of Home Goods, Electronics, Automotive and Food related goods - If you need it, Big Lots is a great first stop. Prices are not dollar store low, but the quality is quite a bit higher as a result. Stop in to your local store, I think it will surprise you.

Not a bad store. Decently sized and the prices arent too bad. Location is good though, atleast for what I wanted to do. I was waiting for my train after work and instead of waiting outside in the cold at the station I browsed big lots. Staff seems a bit unenthusiastic but what can we expect.

Natalia is great!!! She helped us order our new furniture. She was so kind and helpful through the whole process. Everyone from Biglots Revere are friendly, definitely my favorite place to shop. So much good deals with food and home goods, you cant beat it!!
