I nearly forgot..2 or 3 weeks ago,I shopped at this store;shopping cart was jammed full..Outside,the nicest clean-cut young man,of high school age, was retrieving carts to return to the store,when he greeted me cordially and started to unload the cart and helped me place all my groceries in the trunk..being a very senior citizen, his kindness was a blessing to me ..His name is MIKE and I am very grateful for all his help...Market Basket is indeed fortunate to have this employee in their store..

This is probably the worst grocery store on this continent. Everytime I go shopping there I end up having to leave and go somewhere else because they dont have half of the items on my list. Always out of fruit and berries. I always leave there frustrated. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Your more likely to find a convenient store more helpful. I cant stress enough how much I loathe this MB.

Very long lines and subpar quality product gives me enough reason to go out of my way to Stop & Shop when it comes to that. While regular prices are slightly lower than their competition, sale prices are higher and it comes out to be the same bill when you only buy what you need at any given time, or a higher bill if you are a stock up shopper.

All market basket stores are great. If youre from Billerica, thats all you know anyways. I do not miss all the big store hype and enjoy playing a fair price for my groceries. With three of them in town, its always easy to pop in and get what you need.

Very friendly staff and very helpful! Everyone from checkout to management couldnt be nicer. If you need something, just ask and anyone will be glad to help you. If you crave an item that isnt in stock, theyll do the best they can to get it for you.

Seems like as time goes on the shelves get more empty. I go every Monday and sometimes they have stuff sometimes they wont have it for weeks. Very inconsistent. I dont expect them to have full shelves all the time. Just be consistent about it.

Of all the Market Baskets in Billerica this one is the best. We always seem to get terrible service and have a hard time finding things at the KMart location, but this location is orderly with very nice cashiers and baggers and has a local Bakery.

One place to find all my household stuff. Maintained neatly and stick is always fresh . Good stuff for great price . No rewards program. Theres no bakery in this particular branch
