Visit this store only if you like misinformation and being treated with subtle disdain each time you visit. I have done photocopying, poster printing and express mailing there and it was a rare visit when I was neither ignored nor treated as if my existence was some "imposition" upon them. The last straw came on my fifth attempt to get business cards printed, after repeated efforts to find out what was actually needed for the job. It was not that they asked for $10 more than they had quoted the day earlier. It was how the older man and a younger woman alternately ignored me or treated me with disdain that made this my last visit to a FedEx store. I imagine FedEx must treat their employees terribly to make them all so miserable: they shall have no more of my business. While Staples is 5 minutes further away, the people there have always been friendly. All my photocopying, poster-printing and other business needs will now be done at Staples, over near Acapulcos. They printed 500 nice business cards for $39, which coincidentally was the “new” price for 100 cards at FedEx.

Terrible. Went in there twice; first the lady told me she couldnt help me at all even though they were still open for another hour and a half because she had too much to do... then another lady tried to charge me $111 to ship a 20lb package to Florida.

A couple of times Ive gone there on the morning, and they hadnt opened 30 minutes after opening time posted on the door.
