THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED. THE STORE MANAGER CARL ALMONOR HAS NO CUSTOMER RELATION SKILLS. I WENT TO THE STORE WITH A PROBLEM REGARDS TO A PHONE LINE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CANCELLED 2 MONTHS AGO. ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS NOT DONE AND WAS PUT ON SEASONAL STANDBY!!!!!!.... SHADY BUSINESS!!!! THEY UP SELL YOU AND TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE NOT UPGRADING YOUR PHONE, INSTEAD YOU WILL MAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR THE PHONE. THEY LIE MANIPULATE YOU INTO PURCHASING A PHONE AND A PLAN, SO THEY CAN MEET THEIR SALES OBJECTIVES. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENT NOR THEIR NEEDS, BUT ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR NUMBERS. THE STORE MANAGER SHOULD BE TRAINED MORE ON HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMER CONCERNS. HE ARGUED WITH ME FOR MORE THAN HALF HOUR AND LEFT THE STORE LEAVING US IN THE STORE WITHOUT THE SITUATION BEING HANDLED!!!! ( HE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!) WE WENT TO THE STORE AT LEAST 7 TIMES TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM BUT WE ALWAYS LEFT WITH FALSE PROMISES AND LIES THAT IT HAS BEING TAKEN CARE OFF, WHEN NOTHING WAS DONE, NOR A FOLLOW UP ON THE SITUATION.........I HAVE WASTED A LOT OF MY PERSONAL TIME AND WORK TIME TO FIX THIS PROBLEM OVER TWO MONTHS, I HAVE TAKEN TIME OFF FROM WORK TO GO TO THE STORE WITH HOPES THAT IT WILL BE RECTIFIED. TILL TODAY NOTHING HAS BEING DONE, SPRINT BILLING CALLED ME AND SAID I OWE THEM $510 AND ITS PAST DUE!!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AND HOPE NOBODY DOES BUSINESS HERE BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW WORSE STANDARDS.!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, IT IS HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a sprint customer for 14 years and have never had such crummy service. When I went into the store today there was 3 people "working" there. They were all sitting in the back of the store behind the desk. I wandered around the store and was never greeted or asked if I needed help with anything. Eventually I had to walk up to the back table where they were sitting and wait for them to finish their conversation about cooking rice properly before I was able to receive any assistance. After the 2 gentlemen working both said not it, the female working stood up and offered to help me out. After explaining that I wanted an upgrade she told me I would be better off doing it online. I told her that I preferred to do it in the store as it was easier to get all my questions answer. I made my upgrade selection and she said we dont have that option here, you can only get this type of phone. Being in a rush to get a new phone before mine died I agreed to the only phone option I had in store. She goes to get it and returns to say that they dont have any of those phones in stock either so she cant help me out at all. She didnt offer to call other store locations or do anything further to assist me. I have never been treated so poorly!

I just called and went to get help activating a new iPhone 6 Plus and received world class service from Matt, the new store manager. There were two customers ahead of me so I had the opportunity to observe how he treated other customers as well. He was friendly, lively, knowledgeable and look like hes happy to see each and every customer the way it should be. I am in the process of buying this phone from my friend and the phone is slightly bent and Matt noticed it and brought to my attention. Now I am aware of a problem that I didnt even know existed and that I can use for bargaining thanks to Matts vigilance. Ive recently had a bad customer service experience with the Sprints Saugus store and had been having a frustrating two weeks with phone in general so this was a nice welcoming experience. Ive generally had excellent customer service with Sprint rep both retail and call center but Matt certainly raises the bar even higher. For those who had bad experiences with this branch in the past and it look like there are many, I think the past is behind them and I highly recommend this store now.

Absolute WORST customer service. I was told by a Sprint rep over the phone the manager would get in touch with me in a few days. I tried calling the store after 2 days and no one seemed to know where the manager was, what his schedule was, etc. After calling every day for a week I finally got in touch with the manager and he was clueless, said he would look into the issue I had (which he was supposed to look into a week prior) and would call me back. Now its been another week and he has not called me back. Ive called the store and again, no one that "works" there has a clue where the manager is or what his schedule is. DO NOT COME HERE. Save your time and go to a real Sprint location.

Horrible experience ! I switched from T-Mobile, where they were charging me extra 29.99 for 5 month for another persons equipment ,and came here. After 3 days my fast internet stopped and no service internet started. I went back to get a new plan and waited for 3 hours and than for 2 hours the guy at the desk was trying to help me and it ended up that I had a bill for 400 dol. a month for 3 phones 1 unlimited, 1 2 gb and one 200 min only. When I switched I paid 390 dol fee and was told that they will send me American Express card, which I never got. After paying my first bill of 170 dol nothing happened ether. Never EVER GO WITH SPRINT! I will make them give me my money back

This store is a scam, I ordered an iphone and they told they had accidentally shipped the wrong model, I told them to return it because I didnt want to deal with this store anymore. After about a month I started getting calls from debt collectors saying that I owned money to sprint for the amount of the phone. I tried contacting the store about it and they had told me that they had taken care of everything, yet i still keep getting calls from debt collectors. The manager doesnt seem to be available most of the time, and when he is available he puts you on hold and doesnt pick up again. When I show up to the store he never shows his face.

I dealt with Karthik and not only is my bill $100 higher than he said he charged me over $150 for our phones and "threw in" some stuff for free. I talked to their customer service and. They said I didnt need to put anything down I paid for my "free" stuff now no one will help me get my bill any lower do not deal with this liar he ran away from his other store cause of complaints I feel I should warn everyone this is fraud and Im reporting to the BBB as well dont trust a word they say!!!!!

Bunch of hustling, lazy ass, liars worse customer service I have ever seen. Bunch of liars they go through employees like candy. They dont know how to do thier job. Straight up an embarrassment for sprint to be associated with imobile. They love to give you the run around trick. Stay clear of this store go to a real sprint location. This place is a joke and waste of time and nothing but a headache. SERIOUSLY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!
