I ordered two truck batteries online the website said they would be available in 30 minutes at this location, I had some errands to do and ended up showing up approximately one hour later. The counter help seemed a little disinterested in the customers. After a short. Of time one of the gentleman Started waiting on me when I informed him what I had ordered he looked at me like I had a third eye. One of the other employees informed him it was an internet order and he was able to pull it up on the register after some confusion one of the employees went to pick the batteries off the shelf for me, that is when they found there was only one available. There was no explanation there was no apology but there were numerous phone calls that interrupted my transactions with a counter people. I had to ask another battery be available the next day? I went back to pick it up at noon with no Fanfare whatsoever again no apology I picked up the battery and left. I am not sure if I will be a returning customer. Not great inventory control and mediocre customer service

In response to the Napa gentleman. Napa and Advance both started in the business as small independent parts suppliers. Both have grown in to large corporations. Advance Auto Parts has had much success in expanding their footprint and growing in to the largest supplier of auto parts and accessories in North America by delivering quality parts at a fair price to the diy and professional installers. Yes advance in some locations will pull a code for a customer but always recommends a pro repair shop to further diagnose the vehicle. Advance in Mansfield is run by seasoned parts pros and never are they in the business of selling a customer something they do not need. I would like to add , reviews are a touchy thing. We need only look at ones consistent one star ,poor review track record to realize we need to take some opinions with a grain of salt.

Shop on amazon. Dont give an evil corporation like this your hard earned money. Watched them fire a guy for wearing an extra hood because it was 7° out. Also, Make them give you a readout if you have your check engine light on. What they said was over $700 in parts. I replaced the spark plugs for $14 and everything was fine. Careful out there, folks.

Went in for the first time today and was greeted and asked if I needed help right away. I had The gentleman price check the air filter and cabin air filter for me. I browsed around the store which was stocked well and prices were good. Purchased some oil and washer fluid too. Nice place. Check it out. They are open for Biz
