Belvidere did my flowers for my small wedding this October and I was very pleased with the service I received from them. I had no idea what I wanted, but knew what type of flowers I liked, and Joe walked me through the whole process and designed some nice bouquets for me. I ordered large white and pink orchids for the Moms corsages but the ones they ordered died before the wedding day, so they substituted with small light purple orchids that looked very tiny and wilty to me. The morning of the wedding this substitution was delivered to me and I was very unhappy with them, so I called Belvidere. Within a 1/2 hour, a Belvidere employee was at my door with 2 huge white rose corsages with greens accents that matched our Moms dresses and a giant thank you arrangement for me that included unique green Chrysanthemums and fragrant, enormous Stargazer lilies! This surprise really made my day! After the wedding, we went up to the White Mts. for a few days to relax and took my wedding bouquet and the Stargazer arrangement with us. We enjoyed the beautiful fragrance all the way up to NH and for 3 days in our bed n breakfast room!! I was so sad to have to give it to my sister when we went to fly home after our wedding vacation was over. My sister said the bouquet lasted another week and she got to enjoy the fragrance throughout her house! I appreciated that Belvidere so quickly and without question fixed a situation that made a customer unhappy on her most special of all days. They more than made up for an honest mistake!!! I would highly recommend Belvidere to any of my family, friends or colleagues!!!

This floral shop was recommended to me by another bride and let me say she was right on the money. The prices and the customer service at A Belvidere Flower and Gift Shop are the best around. Since I am getting married in about 2.5 weeks, I went in to view my "sample" centerpiece. Months ago I had gone in for an hour long meeting choosing flowers and colors that I liked and when I saw the sample, I hated it. I no longer liked the colors I had picked, and since, had fallen in love with other types of flowers. After another 45 minute appointment and tweaking the centerpiece, I decided to start over from scratch and do something totally different - new flowers, new colors, and flowers that needed to be ordered in (2.5 weeks before the wedding!). Let me say, Joe and Lisa at Belvidere Florist were amazing. Instead of getting upset at my last minte change, they embraced it and made the adjustment no problem. They changed all the centerpieces, bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, and church arrangements and did it all with a smile and assuring me that they would be beautiful. I am so happy with my flowers and would highly recommend A Belvidere Florist! Both appointments that I had with the florist were great - Joe always listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. Definately my fault I changed my mind - no fault on the florist (other brides will understand :) ). Belvidere Florist was great at supporting me and making my dream flowers a reality!

I want to let you know that you have been my florist for almost as long as you have been open. No matter what the occasion or just to get flowers for myself, they always seem to know just what I want. They can get absolutely anything you need if they dont already have it. Also I believe the prices they have are the best around! The staff is always very nice, pleasant, and helpful! I remember Joe first opening the store with his late parents, and now I see his Daughters all grown up at the store. I highly recommend them for whatever it may be you need.

Flowers were delivered to a coworker and the arrangement was very disappointing. The roses were brown on the tips and the vase was chipped. Not a place that I would order flowers from. I can not see how they would have missed the brown flowers.

I had an issue with a birthday arrangement that was quickly and satisfactorily addressed the same day. I have used them previously without issue. Always a great product and service. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them.
