Young man at self check out- Im sorry to say, couldnt speak English. He didnt want to take a coupon and it was clearly the same thing! Juice, coupon for $1 off. Usually the cashier takes a look and types it in. The man said- "no its not the same calories and wont take the coupon" (haha what!?). Then he just walks off. I called him over again. He said the same thing. I literally showed him. Same onces, same product. The damn coupon had a picture of the juice. He said no. Then walked off. I look, thought he was calling a manger. Nope, he didnt wave a manager down to see me. He ignored me for another 5 minutes. I couldnt even leave. I had to tell him to get me help. Because my order was about to be canceled, with no activity going on. So the CSR came another 5 minutes later, and doesnt really give a crap. Gave a half assed sorry. He did agree with me that the coupon and product was the same. I should get the coupon off. He tells the other man, scan my order again( register automatically canceled it) and type the coupon off. Then he just walks off. The young man had to scan in my whole order again, on the mini register next to the self scanners. Never again. Im never shopping at this Walmart.

Over the summer I went in to Walmart. My trip had a very special meaning. A little boy that lives in my apartment complex had a problem. He had a bike he couldnt ride due to the fact he had no training wheels. Every day i watched from my window this boy run back and forth, running along side of the other kids on their bikes. His family is going through some really bad times and I knew they couldnt help their son. I went to ask if Walmart could help this boy. I know they help families in need in their local area. Im on a fixed budget due to the fact I am having heart surgery in the very near future, so i really couldnt help either. I spoke to the Assist Mang. Colleen. Because of this very generous lady, she donated the training wheels for the little boy. This was a very special thing she did for him. I am still so touched by Colleens act of kindness and generosity. From that day on the little boy rode his bike every day. Colleen should be commended for her kindness. She made life a little better and easier for a little boy. She wont be forgotten by me!! I hope you read this and remember me Colleen. Thank you again!! God Bless E

I love Walmart but at this place only some of the employees are nice the others are rude and ignorant and when you try to return something without a receipt its always a hassle even though they do sell the items and youre only limited to what you return without a receipt I always shop at Walmart so I dont see why it should be a problem because its only a damn gift cards its not like the giving me cash back. So it shouldnt matter how many items I return I should be able to return as many items as I want as long as theyre not giving me cash back without a receipt. I always use the gift cards there they need to change their rules now I have to wait a year until I can return anything without a receipt this is ridiculous

I rushed to the store after seeing that a video game was reduced in price but in the few minutes it took me to get there the price went back up. They refused to honor the previous price for the game on the PlayStation version even though the xbox version still had the reduced price. Very frustrating, feels like bait and switch when the price changes multiple times in one day. I was not trying to scam the store, only trying to get the advertised price from the same day, but no employee felt like helping. I will no longer give Walmart my business after disappointing me and wasting my time.

I prefer not to shop at Walmart but I had ordered some things online that I wanted to return. The staff there could not help me. They told me what I had ordered was delivered through a 3rd party vendor and they could not return in store. I went online to see all I had to do was print some simple barcodes to return in store. I think its ridiculous they did not know the policy and could not help me since I drove out of my way to return things and do not have a Walmart near where I live. I will return those items and continue to shop elsewhere.

This place is big mess, very rare employee speaks english and 70% of employees are careless( they are there to hide during the work hours and get paid eventually) . I am giving 2 star because you can get better prices around and online orders are shipped to this store. This store had their own return policy , even Grant F. Woodman from Consumer Specialist, Consumer Advocacy & Response Division of Office of the Attorney General could not help me to get to the bottom of this stores return policy, specifically on BB Pistols.

Its Walmart, which means that you can get almost anything at a great price. Plus, you get to enjoy the sight of people who care little whether you find their definition of "casual" somewhat gauche. All kidding aside, this is a good sized store with most of what you expect to find there from clothing to automotive to furniture and more. Its not easy to spot as the store is hidden from the main road (Route 114) so you need to be looking for the sign and the entrance or you will drive right by it.

Hi. So I made an online order and all I had was a simple question. I tried calling the store and was immediately transferred to a stock room clerk. The clerk then hung up on me without even hearing my question. I guess thats what happens when major corporations care more about making money then they do about training people how to do their job. Glad I already spent the money though, but you will not get my business again. This is referring to the Danvers location.

The staff in the Vision Center are beyond excellent - polite, friendly, knowledgeable - and go out of their way to be helpful. In once instance, the optometrist actually came to our house to help my handicapped husband with his prescription! This was WAY beyond the call of duty and both my husband and I were extremely grateful for this incredible kindness. Also, the prices are great and the selection good - I will always come here for all my vision needs!

I went to walmart in Danvers to return an item. I went to customer service the woman gave me a hard time. I bought a vacume it was missing a couple of parts. The woman said they didn carry the vacume anymore. I had the walmart receipt but, she would not let me return it. I bought the item only 22 days ago. Ive had other problems with customer service. Walmart should hire people that like their jobs so they can be customer friendly.

Well I need a specific item I have been at the same store 4 times, and checked out 3 other stores in 3 different near by cities and that one item is never there, Im upset because I need the item. I look for assistance and theres nobody around, the I find some one checked other stores only for me to find no item, specifically a vacuum ,uereka, $48.99
